Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your favorite tools! I also binged-watched the rest of your TH-cam videos today (even though I should be working right now 😳, the heart wants what the heart wants 😆). You are very generous with your knowledge and I truly appreciate it! 💖💕💖
This was very helpful. I purchased your beginner course last year but just found my first chair. I am gong to purchase the tools and get going. It sounds exciting. Many thanks.
You áre so right I am a Oral Surgeon and during Lockdown I decided to reuoholster the chairs of muy houseand I really harm my hands and wrist with the stappler.....I will consider to bit a neumatic stappler....grettings fron Santiago de Chile
Hi Margarita, I did the same 4 yrs ago with my chairs and man, was it challenging! My hands hurt and were soar for a couple days but loved the outcome at the end. Sadly, now I have rheumatoid arthritis on my hands but, I will definitely get the one she mentioned I love her work and will start on my project soon.
Will you please tell me what height foam you use for the chair bottoms and tops? I bought some 3” foam but that looked too big so today I ordered some 2”. It looked like you had at least a 3” in one of your videos but I couldn’t tell for sure. Also, what height foam for the top? Thank you so very much! Hugs from VA!
I use 2 inches on the seat and 1 on top. Do you know that I have an online upholstery course for beginners? I cover all this in my course. You can get on the waitlist here for when it opens at the end of the month. chairwhimsy.com/upholstery-course-waitlist/

So glad for you!
Where do you buy your foam and other padding from? I bought all the tools you mentioned, but don’t know where to get the other supplies from.
Sophie, are you in my DIY Upholstery course? If so, I have links to all the foam and supplies.
