looks cool, but balancing wise its off. Mammoth tank gets too much damage from Nod artillery, but nearly none from Nod bikes. Also the artillery and bikes from Nod have too much HP. The range of Rocket soldiers seems kind of too short. And the mammoth can repair full (original is till half hit points)?
You are correct about the last point. In the original the Mammoth could only heal to half. Edit: Although, I think because they added "promotions" to the game that's why the Mammoth tank could heal to full. (could be wrong!)
Some is game engine limitations, others is holdover balancing issues from Generals. Prior complaints actually had the opposite with Rocket Soldiers and Attack Bikes being too efficient/OP but both (usually) tend to one shotted by a tank or a missile. The Chrono Tank in the RA Redux mod is a similar offender having issues being a glass cannon and requires micro-ing tactics.
I love the ambience of these games, reminds me a lot of dune 2.
