@Amoth_oth_ras_shash it was one of the last of an era, after all. the signs were all there. but absolutely nobody could have forseen them porting a mobile rts to pc and selling it as c&c4

You dad has great tastes. Loved these games as well. You check out the other entries as well, like Generals. They've put out an Ultimate Collection as well (bundle of pretty much everything)
My dad had c&c generals. Loved watching him play back then. Still play to this day, suprised that thanks to the Community these games still run online after EA left
Step 1: Create the crane. Step 2: Make two generators. Step 3: 1 tiberium collector. Step 4: Infantry and vehicle bases. That phase is always stuck in my head. The best part is using an engineer to take over enemy HQ. This game may be old, but I played it a lot.
The CD CnC 3 is awesome because you do not need a credit card to upgrade technology, add advanced weapons etc., Buying the CD was best for consumers to save dollars.
The mods for this are great, i recommend the Forgotten mod(for their very nice campaign that they add) and Tiberium Essence(For the amazing units they add to all factions)
I've heard about mods for c&c3 but I never could bring myself to try them because I'm afraid of downloading from somewhere unusual... So do you know what site host should I get the modding tools from?
The beat modding site for cnc3 mods is moddb, you can search tiberium wars on moddb and you will see a list of mods you can press As for modding tools, it has modding tools integrated into the game already, you can search up a tutorial on youtube and you'll see quite a lot of helpful ones
dear old gods , its sort of amusing with how there now is generations that consider 'cd' games to be 'old' XD specially the late gen cd games like C&C 3 at wich time all the standardization stuff like 'wasd to move' or 'scroll wheel control build tab'' etc already been a fact for a decade more or lees ^^ though C&C 3 urgh :/ such a sad mutilated remnant of what could have been its UI crippled , 99% of its tactical depth potential , and 90% of its strategic depth potential butcher axed out of its design just for the sake of ''ohh look it play just as good on console to! buy peons!'' agenda by EA :(
@@Amoth_oth_ras_shash yea, now that I looked it up, it came around 1 year after me so it’s not as old as I thought… (Edit) I mostly play it for my own fun and don’t really put to thought about other peoples opinions…

Funny because I recently recorded some gameplay of a skirmish in C&C 3 Kanes Wrath but that was on version 1.0.0 and I don’t know how to get that R22 patch you mentioned…
probably one of the best finds you could possibly make, c&c three was the last game of an era of great rts games
sort of true ,though the big publisher crap that killed many of them is still thick in C&C 3 , the original UI design for example

Good game been a fan of this series since the late 90s.

@@goodkaja8330 plus EA can’t just rip access away easily since it’s a physical copy.
This were great games 🙂 try Tiberian Sun, Red Alert 3, and... I know it's Another genre but, Oni Konoko is my favorite at all ❤
