- We decided to explore the Outer Banks of NC for spring break. There was a whole lot to see and do, so we decided to make it a series. In this video, we lay out our planning and our approach to visiting such an expansive area in a week.

Interesting. Would like to visit the area. Thanks.
We were in OBX last year in July. We stayed at the KOA over in Currituck. It was about a 20 minute drive over to the OBX, but it was less crowded just lovely.
We really like the area, lost to do and see.
I enjoyed OBX but the wind is crazy there!
Great for the kite surfers.
The wild horses tour is amazing.
We were only able to see the penned horses in Ocracoke. Next time!
