Glad I found this channel for the recipes and the authenticity. You’re hilarious. El Onion Boi.
Love to here it 🔥
"A dash will do, Boo Boo." Lol Chef, you are ADORABLE (Coming from a Nonna here, so relax, not a stalker.) Your vids are informative and entertaining (loved it when you dropped the yellow onion, bc every time I step in the kitchen, something lands on the floor, so I can relate). ❤
😂 I love your content because you teach me new techniques, you make it ok for me to mess up, you’re funny, and you are a common sense cook that doesn’t use ingredients I’d have to order from 1000 miles away! Honestly, you remind me of my favorite brother! ❤
Bok Choi my friend! Actually cooking some for dinner tonight. Hey, thanks so much for the luncheon date today. It was special. 😊
Never deseed hot peppers and the rule of thumb I use 2/3's of 🌶️🌶️🌶️to onions. And it's Scallions and Thai Purple Queen Basil a must

Looks delicious. I didn't realize how easy drunken noodles are to make. I'll be making them all the time, now. Bok choy would also bring a dash more color to the dish, which honestly enhances the flavor even more.
Jose you are amazing,,, love you
Gonna have to try this out
Ngl, I'm kinda faded rn, and that made all your little interactions with us just that much more wholesome. Couldn't help but laugh at'cha with that "sliver of pepper" bit, but I'd say we both deserve a bok choy for that one
Just kidding i made that up 😂Looks great! Gotta try this. Love how you asked for her input at the end I've been wanting to use bok choy when I see it at the store
Love the video! I am going to make this recipe this weekend. My hubby loves drunken noodles. Bok choy will be included 😂.
BOK CHOY homeboy! Ty for the delicious looking recipe. Def gonna try this for father's day coming up.

Looks yummy ❤
My fav!!
Bruh gonna update us with that bok choi recipe now. Gracias El Cook, from one Jose to another 💪
😋😋😋you are so funny I enjoy your videos
Bok choy! This looks absolutely delicious. I wasn't sure if this was going to be the drunken noodles that I've heard Italians make? Which I think is made with either the pasta boiled in wine or with a lot of wine added. But I like that you shared this recipe. I've been making regular twice monthly trips to my local Asian store. And I enjoy learning new recipes. So this looks like another delicious reason to explore my local Asian store. Also growing up we called both the thicker green chilies and the thinner smaller red chillies jalapeños. Looking back that's hilarious. My mother's boyfriend had a friend who would put both in a glass jar with vinegar and leave it for a while. He sprinkled that on everything.
It works with substitutions fine. Some areas are hard to find a properly stocked Asian market and it’s how we made do through the 80’s. Fish sauce is something you can definitely get online if you’re looking for it. If you get these sauces, go ahead and get stocked. They’re useful and kick ass. Oyster sauce stir fried beef, cut some Chinese broccoli in and bam, pure gold over rice. Hit it with a pop of sesame seeds if you’re feeling sassy. Hit me up if you want a crash course on Papaya Salad.
I’m gonna try this tomorrow for lunch.
Yummy, now I am hungry ❤
Oh man I want to tear that bowl up! Lol those noodles look Devine El Cook. I always call them scallions. Sometimes green or spring onion comes out.
i don't have good chilis where i live so i added some sriracha instead. Still good, fast and easy.
Always hilarious, but the food is on point! Great job. #bokchoy
Looks fantastic I wouldn't mind having you as my personal cook you are so funny and cute ❤❤
It looks delicious! I just can't do heat and the bok choy would be amazing!
Hi new sub! do u mind plsssss telling me what camera and lens you use? You're video quality 👌 👏
Beautiful.
Much Love to you brother, you’re wonderful!! Bok Choy for the onion boy
Bok choy or broccoli, I'm addicted to those leafy greens! LOVE me some drunken noodles, I have a really hard time getting anything else when I get Thai. MAYBE if I made my own (the el cook way), I'd be able to branch out more. Or maybe I'd spend less money on thai *GASP*
Love how you were melting down at the end. Fantastic video, thanks for putting this recipe on my radar.
This guy is the equivalent to rain outside when sleeping.
Bok choy my man. You make such good videos. I look forward to them every time I see them. Such good vibes.
bak choy boy gang haha. definitely need to make these one day
Thank you for the demonstration, I'm keeping your recipe but I thought it was a soup. So much for thinking 😅 . Just so you know looking for soup recipes
Thx again.

This looks amazing!
Ooh, some baby bokchoy would make that even better I'm sure.

Jose - Can you show us your version for menudo to cure hangover mornings? Thanks!
I finally got a "moment" with an amazing guy...the slurping and those small thumbs was priceless...🤣
You look so handsome with your hair pushed back...just saying ... either way, you're a cutie that knows how to cook...thank you for all you do! 😘
no one mentioned that I smell like thai basil, good to know. great video
What an amazing way to wake up, start the day hope nothin-… I want noodles now
Please keep posting more long form vids.
We call them ''lente uitjes!'' which translates to ''(little) spring onions''.
I love the chill vibes brother. I call it onion because it's the best so it deserves to be the default. Otherwise you got white red and yellow onions and shallots, or fancy lads. If you add the bok choy at the same time as the basil it should come out nice and fragrant with a nice little bit of crunch. Preem suggestion.
All his videos make me hungry. 😢
Bok Choy! We've tried so many new recipes thanks to you! Keep up the great work!
Bok Choy was definitely a smart addition. Add it with the scallions and they wilt perfectly while still keeping that crunch
You’re the best…
When are you going to release the "how to be a cutie pie" video? The cooking videos are awesome but we need the secret sauce ygm
Pechay! (No idea if I spelled that right) That’s BokChoy in my mom’s native language 😂
Love the video
Love when my taste buds are murdered Jose! OH YUM. That look amazing.
Blessings Always
You're my Bock Choi!
Please can you recommend a good quality low to mid tier knife. I don't want Walmart knives anymore lol. I feel like I can move up from those now 😂
Bok choy!! Trying to grow the garden too for fresh veggies and herbs!!! 🌿 🌿
In the uk we call them spring onions
You look and sound like me, but damn, I wish I cooked like you :]
