I'd be down for a new story slant where she turns to streaming to promote environmental protection and stuff, but I'm not really sold on the voice. I liked her somewhat deeper and more mature voice more. Even though the delivery of her lines by the VA back then wasn't that great, I thought the voice was a good match. This almost feels like a retcon, but whatever, I'll deal with it.

In each of the first three MK games, _all_ characters that had 2 arms and 2 legs (in other words, not Goro, Kintaro, Sheeva, or Motaro) were played by real people. Negan wouldn't have been special at all in that regard.

That's because this is probably Armor King the 2nd the younger brother of the original Armor King who trained the 2nd and current King. And Armor King 2 hates both Marduk and King he hates Marduk because Marduk back when he was a villain killed his older brother and he also hates King because King was able to forgive Marduk. And all three endings in T6 Armor King's ending, Marduk's ending, and King's ending hint that Armor King 2 is gunning for both Marduk and King.

Negan's reveal is just like an episode of Walking Dead. Twice as long to display the same amount of information in half the time.
Negan should have been in Mortal Kombat X or in Mortal Kombat 11. His moves would have been more interesting and gory.

So for those who don't know, Negan is a survivor and the leader of the Saviors in the Walking Dead. His brutal methods and very unpredictable behavior is what makes him a threat. And yes, his bat is named Lucille which is his dead wife. They never really explain it too much in the show but he has a pretty cool backstory in the comics.
He is pretty much is just a dude with a bat. I really like how they really went all out with the level design making the area look JUST like the scene from the show.
Negan looks pretty interesting as a guest character in Tekken; his moveset reminds me of a certain someone from the Capcom side that dealt with zombies. Yeah, he looks cool.
I'm glad that Armor KIng and Marduk are back. The Marduk trailer was very hype, especially the music that was playing in the trailer. It sounded awesome. And my favorite girl, Julia Chang, is back. Finally! I've been waiting for her to show up in Tekken 7, and now she's here! I can't wait to play with her in Tekken 7. 😆
Yep. Granted, Negan works more for Mortal Kombat but Namco wanted this guy in so screw it. It expands the Tekken guest star list.

Negan’s moves remind me a bit of Patroklos from Soul Calibur 5, I’m not sure why though.
It actually seems like they're blending the IRL version (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) with the comic version. Comic WD version of Negan is a smooth-cheeked boy. If this Negan is a little more aggressive and foul-mouthed, then we'll know for sure (that's the comic version).

In the show he didn't stop with just one hit, he ended up killing a season 1 character that was well like, that season 1 character was in a hurry to get help for his wife that was in labor. He made the main characters watch as he kept hitting the head.

I don't think Jun will come back for Tekken 7, if anything, i expect Jun to show up in some form on Tekken 8. Since all DLC characters are not Story based at all. Jun is an important plot point. Also want for Asuka to be relevant again, considering in her ending from 5, it shows that she also has the "touch" that can get rid of the Devil curse.

9:14 that's because you haven't watched the show. This is the ultimate fanservice for those who have watched the walking dead. His rage art is literally the most brutal execution from the show. The Whole cinematic that they made for him is from the same episode and it's actually hilarious if you would have watched the walking dead. And his quotes are on point. As a casual tekken player, I'm x10 more hyped for Negan than any other character.

I'm just gonna be that guy and point out that it's not dubstep, in fact as far as I can remember there isn't any dubstep in T7, there's plenty of drum & bass, some variations of house and trap among other things. I know that's kinda beside the point and to someone who doesn't listen to music of these genres "it all sounds the same", but they aren't the same thing.
It's like comparing blues and jazz, from the outside looking in there are definitely similarities, but to those who listen to it and know it, they are very distinct from eachother.
Anyways if you're not a fan of the music there are mods that let you change it, I've seen plenty of people who have put music from the older games into T7, so that's always an option if the music is an issue for you

Basically the ad for Negan was the final episode of season six and where he kills 2 characters. Where they are in the arch is what the main characters were doing in that episode. That was actually Jeffery Dean Morgan's voice who plays Negan in the ad.

Hey Max I definitely think we will be getting 2 more seasons for a total of four seasons. After all, not only is the hype and sales bigger than ever, but there are still 2-3 slots for stages and we have with these characters still 10 character slots available meaning 5 characters for season 3 and 5 characters for season 4.

I'm glad Julia's back, really hope she has some Jaycee style moves. Negan looks kinda lame, kinda boring, he reminds me of Jason in MKX. He would also make more sense in the MK universe.
She may not have the Jaycee default stance, but I think she'll still have some of the Jaycee moves. Tekken doesn't usually take away character moves from game to game.
Negan make as much sense as anyone else in Tekken.

Ok, we know that NJPW and Namco did some sort of contract so that they can include NJPW stuff into the game (like Okada costume for King and Hiroshi Tanahashi costume for Lars) so what will they do with Marduck and Armored King? I feel like Michael Elgin for Marduck and Kenny Omega or Himoru Takahashi for armored King.
I'm no fan of Negan or The Walking Dead, but given that a primary baseball bat wielder is in this game. I'm actually wondering if it's possible to dress Negan up like Sting. Imagine that.
AMYT nothing‘s impossible. Like, if you would color his hair more black, if there‘s the right face paint and the right coat, than sure. But don‘t expect the iconic Scorpion onesy to be there.

Max, you're 100% right. i watched the episode they reenacted. Thats almost a 1 to 1 remake of the said episode (scene).
