- The life of Hannah reminds us that we can’t always control how we feel, but we can control what we do with those feelings. Hannah was an ordinary woman who came to the end of herself and offered all she had completely to God. The result was an extraordinary son - Samuel! This is the first message in a 12-week series on 1 Samuel titled The Coming King.

So true. Very few Pastors are really teaching the Bible. I really believe they are either lazy ( not wanting to take the time to study & write meaningful messages) or they were not called by God. This ministry is a blessing to so many, at least for those of us who want the truth

What a beautiful teaching. I resonated so much with the sentiment of pouring our hearts out to God during times of distress. I remember going through a very difficult time a few months back after separating from someone whom in thought I would marry and on one particular evening in the midst of my bitter weeping before the LORD, He miraculously delivered me from my despair. It was a supernatural experience that I cannot put into words. Whilst the sadness of my experience lingered for some time after that, the hopeless feeling of despair left me entirely that evening and never returned. I can truly testify to the miracle that lies on the other side of laying ALL of my burdens at the foot of the cross. I really needed this reminder. Thank you Sue. God bless!
