- Our Pool exploded after only 3 days of having it! The dream is over - for now! I do NOT recommend this pool. Apparently it has happened to everyone who has owned it. The seam of the pool just split wide open and popped all the water out! I am so sad and the kids are so disappointed. We are looking into a rectangle Intex pool instead. It's even on sale on Amazon: amzn.to/3PZKWjn - I was so surprised this happened. I've had these easy set pools before and they've been wonderful and easy to take care of! We are so heartbroken! It's hot in Florida and this was our retreat away from all the chaos in the house.

Andrea, I am so sad for you guys about the pool. I could that you were all enjoying it very much!!!! What a bummer!!! I have a few friends that have an Intex pool and they love it. The one thing that I will caution is that the pool must be level. That is very important in the installation of any pool. I hope you can find another one real soon!!!!

I’m so sorry about your pool! It was soooo great for you all. We have been using Intek round pools, 3 ft x 15 ft and it’s lasted 3 years. I have an old one in box not opened but shipping might be too much to send to you.
It does work that way sometimes you have pictures you have video send them a copy of your receipt and they may just refund your money or send a replacement pool they may let you keep your old filter and ladder

YES!!! Only need a photo to and they SHOULD just let ya toss it!! ** You absolutely MUST put it on flat/level ground. We had a 16’ Intex pool, they stand behind their stuff. Xoxox
I had one of those pools way back in the day and that thing lasted me forever and had been through a lot. Super surprised it did that. No wonder it was on clearance lol
Just saw that it wasn’t an Intex pool. You need to get the intex pool from Walmart because those are the real deal

A couple years ago, my mom finally got the greenhouse that she wanted but a couple days later when there was a storm, it completely collapsed and my mom had to go outside at 3AM and hold the greenhouse up to stop it collapsing, my mom soon gave up because it was too windy and went back to bed with the sound of smashing glass. Thankfully, they gave us another free greenhouse because the other one was so weak.
Oh no. That's really does suck. We had one just like that, same brand, only got one summer out of it. The following year we switch to an Intex pool with the frame and legs, been going strong for 6 summers now. Good luck in your search for a new pool. I highly recommend Intex with the frame.
That's not right! They should last for a good long time. The seams just seem like they are really weak and not made right. I was really excited, but you are right, the intex with the frames are definitely the way to go!!
@@FoolyLiving I know eh. I feel if a product has had many problem with customers, as you showed on the video too, the company should pull that specific model off the shelves. Some of us have to save up for extras like that, and then to just throw it out, and money down the drain, really sucks. We did have to pay a bit more for the intex pool, but not much, because we waited until the end of summer to buy it on sale.
Get intex pool with a frame , you’ll never have problems so sorry 😞
I agree. We have had our Intex for 6 years now with frame, and no problems. Before that we had the same one in this video, only got one summer out of it.

I would definitely call the company before returning it all to the store. Maybe the company will replace just the pool and you can keep the rest. That horrible.
We had an Intex pool we picked up from Walmart; that was totally Awesome!! We had ours for 3+ years before passing it along to our neighbors who had 5 kiddos. They had such a blast...then their new dog got ahold of it & there went the good times!! No fault of the pool... that thing was absolutely a win for all of us. I hope you guys get to have that kind of experience with yours. 🥰

I haven’t seen or heard of any issues with intex pools. Some times things are in those bargin stores for a reason.

You will be much happier with an Intex pool. We had 3 and loved each one. Started with the ring top but long term found the ones with framing brackets worked better for us. Only place you need to be careful with all pools with liners is where the ladder meets the liner bottom.

I only trust Intex, but not with the salt system which will rust the framing. That is a shame. I know that is a lot of work and the kids loved it so much.

Look into an Index pool.........I think way more quality, yet simple to put up and take down. You can probably find the same size or close to it.

Oh no I hate that that's why I never got one of those pools for my sister had one and hers kept deflating so I've always used the metal frame little pools that's like a liner and then with the little metal poles they're not real expensive pools and I've had this one now I got for about 3 years .. Abigail's present is on the way and it was something she could play with in the pool LOL but if nothing else she can play with it in the tub lol
Andrea and one of the worst parts is they don't refund you for the materials and time putting it up. And also the water.

Your Momma may be on to something...They may replace it w/o you having to return it. You can see where the seam separated, making it defective. It's worth a shot, IMO...

I know this video is from months ago m but that is soooooo wrong for the pool to break like that ! I hope they replaced it free of charge !
Yeah they actually refunded me before I even asked for it, so I think the store went into the system and refunded everyone for it. I logged into my acct and it was already refunded LOL! Yikes!!
@@FoolyLiving That’s good , we over time when the kids were young had two pools in that design in the end we ended up getting an in ground pool installed! Now the kids are Adults the pool is lucky if (no word of a lie) gets used more than four times a year . My husband regrets getting the pool instead of getting me the new Kitchen I wanted ( at least that would of been used more often ) !😂

We're in Florida now, but we were living in Eilat, Arad, and Be'er Sheva during our time in Israel. We lived as a family there for 10 years.
