hi, Please update your title. This video is for 2007-2012 GL class, X164. The procedure is different, especially for the engine air filter, in the 2013-2016 GL class (X166) vehicles.
Here is the part number for a 2010 GL450, X164. Part Number: 2730940404 . If your's is a diesel, GL350, which is also an X164, that may have a different part number. You can get them from amazon or ebay or mecedes dealers online like this one: mercedespartscenter.com . Some are cheaper than others so search the net. If you are not going to install a Meredes filter, then I would suggest a MANN filter, which is OEM w/o the Benz logo on it and the price. :-)
I have a 2010 ML 350 Bluetech 3.0 L and cannot find any videos on how to change the air filters on it. I have already bought the filters and started working on it but I could not get the filter cases out. Do you (or anybody reading this) know if there is a video in circulation that would show me the proper way of changing these filters?

I came from owning an X3, just pop the clips, insert, re-clip and done! MB, not-so-much...
You don't need a star tool all you need at the 5/8 and they're coming right off
