in Iran we call it Kobab Koobideh, and it is breathtakingly difficult to stick that meat on the skewer because this particular kobab tends to fall off the skewer. Great job Almazan.

yasser Chill Now thats a healthy one! I mostly always eat raw yellow/red onion on swedish hard knackebread full of fibre with mackarel fish on day & evening now. Reducing weight like crazy! The key is not to eat 10 onions a day, but at least half an onion per day in at least 10 days! Patience/Endurance is a virtue! ;)

I live in Denmark but originally from Lebanon, ppl from Mediterranean cuisine make Kabab and each country do it little different than other one. but almost is all the same, the only thing we almost never use to our food is ginger. I never knew about ginger when i was a kid , but i see u added just a little bit of it in ur kabab . I just love ur channel . Thank u so much for the editor / the photographer and for u Mr. :)
