There are many cooking channels in youtube who shows how to make chicken wings. But you are probably the only one who shows it like its an experience, an art form. Without having even a single bite, I feel more than satisfied by just watching.

I found your channel last night..wow!! I'm impressed with the beauty of your cooking style and the touch of the nature in mind. It makes me remember my childhood in the Island of Puerto Rico when on the weekends by family used to cook at the edge of the creek and with a big fire pit...good memories lol!! And the flavor of the food cooked on the fire..yummy and delicious!! Love your channel.

This food channel deserves superlatives. The concept is almost - but not quite - as grand as the food itself. If I don't get around to "liking" each of the videos, please note that I have found ALL of them wonderful and look forward to the next. Partly because the home made and "organic" (as all of it was then without the word) reminds me of my own youth. Fabulous job of not only cooking but filming.
