सरकार इस कानून का पुनः मूल्यांकन करे और फर्जी केस होने पर झूठा आरोप लगाने वाले पर भी वहीं सजा हो।
सही कहा इंसे SC ST वालो पर दंबाव डालकर केस वापस लेने पर मंजबुर करते हैं वह कम होगा😢😢
सच्चाई तोः ये है SC/ST act का सही कम और गलत इस्तेमाल ज्यादा होता है 80% case झूठे साबित होते है
एक आयोग स्थापित कर के आज तक स्थापित सभी केसों की जमीनी हकीकत की जांच हो और इस कानून के दुरुपयोग को रोकने के लिए प्रभावशाली कानून बने। यह काला कानून जैसा है। लोकतंत्र की मूल भावना का हनन है।
Kala kanoon ki sja bhi saverkar bhi hui thi n. Tum jaise log hi samaj me equity nhi chahte. Or sc/st/obc ek sath tum jaiso ko btayege ki kala kanoon hota kya h. Bheekh magne wale log.

Is act ko sabhi act ki tarah dekha ja sakta h. Isliye law or personal life bahut alag hoti h. Isliye equity pr focus hona chahiye ❤
अशा प्रकरचे निर्णय मुळे SC/ST Act चे उल्लघान करणारी व्यक्ती पोलिस अधिकारी यांना हाताशी धरून गुन्हे करत राहील.
डिपार्टमेंटल इंक्विरी म्हणजे पळवाट आहे.
इस तरह हालात से किसी भी व्यक्ती के ऊपर एस सी एस टी पर अन्याय करने वालों पर कारवाई नही हो सकती.. कानुन को कमजोर करने के साजीसे हैं... अन्याय अत्याचार बडेगे...

Nothing for the average person here.
I worked in Delhi some time ago and had come to meet my family for a few days. My neighbour used to throw his garbage in front of the main gate of my home. We didn't know him personally because we had just shifted afyer my father's retirement.
So we told him that we're facing problems because of that, and requested him to not do it.
He threw a bucketload of garbage the next day. So we filed a complaint in municipality.
Turns out, as soon as he got to know about the complaint, he quickly complained to police. When police came for enquiry, we got to know he was from SC community and had filed a case of physical assault , threat to k|ll and using abusive language directed towards his caste.
Luckily we had CCTV footage, so FIR wasn't registered.
Then he went to a senior police officer (who belonged to his caste) and got inquiry initiated for corruption and neglecting duty against the police jawan who had come for investigation.
SC/ST act is being heavily misused. If the problems aren't solved amd corrected, I can tell there will be a huge backlash in the future.
Administrative enquiry के आदेश कौन जिम्मेदार अधिकारी देगा , उसके लिए किन परिस्थितियों का होना आवश्यक है , इसकी समय सीमा कौन तय करेगा , विभागीय जांच एक तरह की खानापूर्ति होती है , सबको पता है कुछ नही होना.

I think , in either cases it will not be beneficial for the complainant cause they will anyhow try to protect the public officer .

Aam Admi ke case me to koi investigation nahi hota. Kisi ko bhi fasane ka sabse asaan hathiyar hai. India hai yaha jaati dekh kar hi kanoon aor Yojna banayi jati hai.

विभागीय मिलीभगत से दोषी व्यक्ति पर उसके खिलाफ कुछ भी कार्यवाही संभव होगी क्योंकि निष्पक्षता से भरी विभागीय जांच करवाना एक सामान्य नागरिक के लिए तो संभव ही नहीं है।
ऐसी घटनाओं की शिकायत मिलने पर कार्यवाही ना करने वालों के खिलाफ तो कार्यवाही करवाना तो SC/ST ACT की धारा 4(2) में इसे लगभग असम्भव सा ही बना दिया गया है और दोषी को ही सुरक्षा प्रदान करने की व्यवस्था पहले से ही कर दी गई है जिसके फलस्वरूप
कुल मिलाकर ना तो किसी पीड़ित की कोई शिकायत ही थाने में दर्ज होगी और ना ही उसपर आगे तक कोई और सही सुनवाई।
इस मामूली से केस के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय तक पहुंच जाने और वहां से ऐसा निष्कर्ष मिलने पर साबित होता है की भारत की न्याय व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने में अभी और भी बहुत समय लगने वाला, जय महाकाल।
SC always dilutes the SC/ST act
SC ST act has been diluted, which will further increase pain on the already suffering poor sections which are in big numbers in the sc,ST category
That act shd be immediately abolished . It's draconian act where fake cases r lodged

Hi, I'm not from SC/ST community nor a legal practitioner or student. I belong to Baniya ( वैश्य) community.
My simple question is in such case instead of filing a CRPC case what step should have been taken by the complainant for initiating Administrative Enquiry.
This is a general query and request from a citizen of India to make a detailed informative video on steps to be followed by the people in cases where Administrative Enquiry is required to support or filing a CRPC case. Also request you to provide a detailed information about ACTs which requires an Administrative Enquiry to proceed further steps of action.

SC/ST act should be abolished. In north east India STs are millionaires but they are getting reservation in every where. And SC/ST are misusing power of the act against general caste. How long general caste will suffer in independent India. after 77 years of independent till we are calling backward it is shame......
@@karamkaand8775Actually all this talk is futile. You will even have problem if creamy layer concept is applied for SC/ ST. Because you don't want the real downtrodden people to come up the social mobility ladder . Well to do SC/ ST are cornering the benefits and poor section is left behind.
We have millionaire in every category/community, not only SC/ST. You better better go in deep. You can't simply against on ST/SC facilities
