Good explaination. Found some mistakes in vertical stem. Considered 20mm dia for deff provided Y16@115c/c also it should be Y20@180 C/C.
In case temperature steel. Considered 8mm dia but detailed as Y10@320 C/C and Y10@450 C/C not shown properly. Distribution on inner face not shown. Hope you can recheck and correct.
Any examples on considering surcharge on Retaining wall. Excluding inclined earth fill.

why have you taken moment about heel? shouldnt you be taking moment about toe since the structure will rotate about that point?
Also the formula for Passive earth pressure coefficient for inclined backfill is different. the one you used is for uninclined backfill

Yes you can assume if backfill is present, if not then no need to assume 👍
we should apply windfore ,watercurrent , barking force and desing the abutment

Kiyunki jub hum usse rate denge to pata chale ki above the ground level1.2m se rate plinth level ki rate or four five level rate usse upper please show me ground level or NSL and bed level of the retaining wall

What if the value of delta is not mentioned or the inclined at angle of 15 degrees is not mentioned then how should u proceed? Should we assume it?
The question I'm solving it just mentions angle of response of 30 degrees that's it...
