Do you count the preinfusion and the bloom time ( 3+15 secs) as part of the overall extraction time? ie adding some pre-fusion time and bloom time on top of the usual standard 25sec-30sec shot time. Do you have a calculation in your mind? Thx so much,
I love Hoon's videos. But they're dangerous. I always make a shot at the beginning, and then another, and then another, and then...sooner or later, my eyes start vibrating and I realize that I may have exceeded the healthy limits of drinking espresso.
only eyes vibrating? wait till you find yourself counting how many times your eyes have vibrated in vibrates a second. thats when you know youve lost it
