Hi Lelit Insider, thank you very much for this video. I have a question regarding setting the final pump pressure. Do you have the paddle fully on the left or fully on the right while adjusting the pump pressure at the bypass valve? Thanks
Thanks! Do you have a video on removal and cleaning of the rotary pump? As it is a common problem that the OPV get stuck and the adjustment screw wont do anything anymore. Thanks!
I noticed pressure increasing on my Lelit Bianca, so I screw the valve out a bit for decreasing pressure. Then it only shows 7.5 bars pump pressure with paddle fully opened and around 10 bars with closed paddle or blind basket. Now a few days later pressure increases again, but only with closed paddle or blind filter basket up to 11.5 bars. Pump pressure stays at 7.5 bars with fully opened paddle. I think there is a regulation problem with the bypass, same problem as shown in the video?
@@lelitinsider2977 Update: I removed the bypass completely as shown in the video. The plastic part with the o-ring wasn't blocked or tight, only a little bit limescale, I cleaned it and put a bit of silicone grease on the o-ring. Didn't solve the problem at first. Then I also removed the rear plastic part with the spring in it and I noticed immediately that it was very very firm. Took some time to get it out. I give all a good clean an reassembled everything. Now it works. Solved the problem.
I have noticed on my bianca v1 when setting the pump pressure whit closed paddle, the pressure increase 1 bar higher when the paddle is open. Same thing when pulling a shot: at first the pump is on 9 bar, but after the pressure in the grouphead has reach his maximum the pressure of the pump goes on 10 bar. Do you know why? And which pressure is the relevant one for the shot? First or second?
Thank you your video help me figure out how to fix a large scale pump for my job your a life saver
Nice video using the cut away of the pump. Great work cheers from YYC
Always useful Mauro! Thanks
Thanks! Helped me out with my Bezzera Mitica Top

For me the black part with the spring in it seems to be stuck. I can’t get it out of the machine and it won’t move. Any tips?

if you have the bypass video you can remove the bypass (not all the pump)
like in this video
Thanks mate for this great Video 👍
thank you for this video, it helps a lot. Do I have to close the paddle (completely to the left) while adjusting the pump pressure?

The importan is the pressure on the grouphead, the other shows only the pump pressure
