Great looking rig. Best of luck this season Jamie.
Thanks 🙃
Nice rig mate! If going vertical on a grip the MDT Vertical Grip Elite may be worth a look, highly adjustable, good rubberised feel, great width in the had too 👍
That was one of the options I was considering
Great video Jamie!!! 🥳
Thanks 👌
Proud Maven owner here
Fantastic Optics! They will do well here I'm the UK once the word gets around.
Do you like the A I muzzle brake? Not sure what one I want on my A T 6.5 🤔
It's okay. Certainly don't get any concussion from it but other brakes I had better recoil reduction.
I will be moving this one on once I get my barrel threads changed
Very very beautiful rifle😎. Ergo does have nice 90° grip, take a look.
Yes I have been! First match with it all today so will see how it goes!
@@jcprecisionrifle good luck🤝🏻
@PassionforRifles thanks.. didn't start well! Loose scope rings 🤦♂️ retightened and doing better again but it was enough to ruin 3 stages as they progressively got looser.
@@jcprecisionrifle 😁live and learn. You need a torq wrench, so it wont come off. Maybe a drop of locktite too
@PassionforRifles yeha I've got some Fix It Sticks so retightening was no issue.
Yes I'm going to take everything apart and locktite everything!
I don’t see the AI inlet option for there chassis
@patricksmith0115 so the AI Chassis is made from 3 separate components. Are you in the UK? 🇬🇧 If so give Spartan Refinishing a call/email and they will be able to talk you through it. If not Vision have a handy page on their website to find your local dealer
Interesting choice to shoot tactical class instead of going with a 6mm.
It's more that I choose to shoot Limited Division under IPRF Rules as I don't reload so shooting a division where everyone is shooting Factory Ammo makes sense.
If/when I start to reload I'll probably go to a 6/6.5mm cartridge
Sorry JC, just now seeing this video…What a sweet chassis! Looks like you had it laser etched too?!’ Sweet!
What color is that? Is that the Tungsten option?
Also I got confused there , did you say you removed the bottom rail?? Us damn Americans and our accents :).
Isn't it just! Yes laser etched at Spartan Refinishing in the UK 🇬🇧
Yep, all Tungsten. It has a full length ARCA Rail. I may have been referring to my old AI AT Chassis that I then had an ARCA Rail mounted too.. which made it really quite tall.
Looks very very nice. What’s the weight of the set up?
Er.. I haven't got an exact weight yet but I'd day around 17lbs
When I next have it out the safe I'll check
@@jcprecisionrifle Cheers….no need to go to any trouble, was just curious for a ballpark/estimate 👍
@Smatnm it's okay, you've made me curious now 🙃
@Smatnm right.. so with the addition of 2x Vision weight kits to the Foreend, still with the bipod attached, she weighs in at 19.6lbs/ 8.9kg unloaded.
Check out the Tract Toric
I've looked through one previously and having seen some other reviews.. the Maven is better 👌
