Dude, you could REALLY be a teacher. Did anyone ever tell you that? You have an amazing gift of not just explaining things clearly (and calmly!!!) but you express yourself extremely well.
Oğuzhan Yılmazer. That goes to show how complicated an engine is. That's the same speed the pistons are moving times two for any four stroke engine. Yet an engine can go for 400,000 miles and more before any major repairs. Amazing!
This is best youtube channel I've ever discovered, please continue to making these very clear and informative videos, your wittiness adds the cherry on the top
When I googled this exact question I was expecting someone to just show the fuel injector itself and vaguely talk about it and not show what I was interested in which is _where_ the fuel is injected into the engine. I am quite fortunate to have found such an in-depth video that showed me everything I wanted to know and even some that I didn't know I wanted to know like the inside of the injectors. This combined with some good humor made for a very good video. RIP your brother lol
I really appreciate the hands on teardowns companied with the classroom style diagrams and lessons. Also, props to the color appropriate toothbrush selection based on subject content!
it finally makes sense... best explanation i've seen of how exactly the injector works. most of the other things i read just said "it atomizes the fuel" but i could never find exactly how the fuel is shut on and off. the solenoid with a fail-close port is a genius way of doing it
Always great video coming from you sir, thank you very much. Don't know exactly how you do it but your video, compare to others I've watched so far is that you manage to keep the viewer "hooked" in the topic and never a sleep-inducing moment; and a little bit of humor gets thrown in for good measure.
Im a new subscriber, and I have to tell you that I love your videos. Great explanation, clear, and to the point. Educational without showing beers, nor profanities. Professional. Keep them coming bro. Were you a dentist in your other life?
Believe it or not, It's stuff like this that really helps a car guy to understand their vehicle and what may possibly be going wrong or right in certain situations. If you know how something works down to the individual parts... You can formulate scenarios in yer head!
Holy crap...that has to be one of the best, informative, clear videos I've seen in quite some time. Good damn job young guy. Keep it up. Got thumbs up and subscribed.
10 thumbs up to this video. clear, to the point, with demonstrations and awesome diagrams i'm amazed how many "professional" youtubers post videos with only a shot of someone talking who can't clearly describe what they are talking about, sometimes no diagrams or piss poor diagrams usually on a whiteboard, and often no actual video of the parts they are talking about. at first my complaint was that you were going too fast, but in reality this was the perfect speed and i'd much rather have this video than 20-30 minute slow video
First time watching any of your videos and it will not be the last time. Thanks for the information and I like the high tech animations and explanation you used. Lol. Great to see someone using g real items and doing things old school. 👍
Come on it's perfectly reasonable to get a new car when your tires are bald. Although, I'm not sure what he does when the grass gets too long, new house maybe? Seriously not sure who is worse off Dad or the kid. Hopefully it's all an act.
That was epic!! The engineering behind it is so simple. Question; would mixing ethanol/isopropyl alcohol in fuel help with cleaning out the injectors??
I liked the cross section of injector. Thank you ! Great video. that means at high pressure, injector will not open. about 100 it starts to sufficate and 130 psi it cannot open at all, yey.
Thanks for the video *******....... Cutting up the part to see how it works is Very Helpful. Fuel Injector coil windings "Electro -- MAGNET"....... PULLING up the return spring...... reminds me of how [I think] an auto trans Shift Solenoid works. Very good video.
I had always been under the impressesion that the injector itself created pressure to spray the fuel , but apparently the injector basically opens and closes the orifice to allow the fuel to exit under the pressure delivered by the fuel pump. so actually the injectors don't have to work as hard as i had originally thought. thanks. great video.
Very informative since Im doing my injectors as we speak. The only thing I missed is shouldn't their be a spring the close the injectors or did your explain that briefly when you said the fuel pressure should close it when the voltage goes negative? As always thank you for a very good vid.
Excellent - I love how you demystify these things without becoming either too theoretical or too specific. Thanks!
That's my style
As always, precise, detailed and full of info. Hats off to you man.
Thanks
This is a fantastic channel, I'm amazed how informative it is. Instant subscribe
This guy deserves way more subscribers, great video as usual.

It’s called editing…
Very interesting and a clear explanation. I'm glad I'm not the only one giving a second life to used underpants.
Maketsu haha. 2:29
Haha, it's the best for dirty situations
I just cant believe the engineering behind this. It happens multiple times a second and it is still nearly perfectly controlled. Just amazing.

Exactly what I'm thinking while I drive...
i trip out on how optimal engines are aswell

Yes. It's hard to cut that injector apart with an angle grinder but worth seeing
I’d like to see a photo of your brother smiling after he has brushed his teeth ;-)
Tx for a excellent video!
Eww
He doesn't brush hence my supply
My Q-tips are also for DIY use only.
I like the raw old school style of explanation. Keep it up.
That was great, I been looking for a precise video of how they work, that's the one I needed. Thanks again for the good work.

Thanks, that's my style, keeping simple and short
It's all because of the tooth brush...
Dude! This is an outstanding video! Thank you so much for all your hard work and going so in-depth, I loved hearing all this information!
Thanks
One of the best layman's term description and tutorial I've seen. Well done.
Thank you

Currently becoming certified as a red seal ( TH-cam) mechanic thanks to you!
Glad to hear haha

That's very true, I'd rather understand something completely before diagnosing an issue
What a poor abused brother 😅
Haha
What he doesn't know won't hurt
I think he doesn't wear underwear. 😂🤣😃
I'm a mechanical engineering student, This video was so informative as your all videos
Thanks and all the best on your studies. I'm a mechanical engineer too
Excellent demo with clear explanation for any layman to understaand.
You deserve way more subs, keep going youll make it one day, i love how u actually show the parts and explain also
Holy crap...that has to be one of the best, informative, clear videos I've seen in quite some time. Good damn job young guy. Keep it up. Got thumbs up and subscribed.

Pretty rad stuff! I wish I had access to old parts to take apart as frequently as you do. I've only done three of those videos now.
Buy a full car and take it apart slowly
Haha Well, that would do it!
Thanks for showing mechanical engineer how is it done! Blessed u
As usual you are unique , detailed and informative , thank you my friend
Love the tooth brush pointer!! ;-)
Brothers do come in handy!!
Just changed these on my 91' Accord today, great explanation man
Thanks
You've got a classic there
Killer video. Concise. Very well spoken. (And quickly!) Great visual aids. Best on the Internet! The presenter again shows, he really knows his stuff!
Another great vid. Thanks for educating us man!

Thank you ! I needed to see the insides...
You’re welcome 😊
Video sponsored by Colgate or fruit of the loom ? 🤔😉
Fruit on the loom
Haha, neither
Neither, he said he only borrowed his brother's tooth brush and underwear.
The guy has a good sense of humor.
he absolutely sponsored by his brother
Naah he is sponsored by his brother
Such a thorough explanation and extra, love your work
Thanks!
Awesome video. I had been wondering for some time how fuel injectors look and how they work.
Good demonstration.
Thank you
Awesome video. Note the solenoid coil around the injector body? That pretty much disproves all of those silly magnet-on-the-fuel-line gadgets.
Im glad i found this channel
Thanks. Lots more to come!
So glad this video was recommended, really clean, nicely presented information. Subbed!
Wonderful presentation. Thanks.
Great explanation and visuals!
Thanks
Perfect explanation so far ive seen. Thank you so much!

Keep up the good work
Thanks I hope I'm there too. Let's try for 100K first
Fantastic description
Excellent hands on explanation!
Fantastic videos ! Greetings from Italy
Thanks. Wow so far!
Port injection has to be the best for simplicity while still being advanced enough for good fuel economy and cleaning of the intake
This channel is Like What's Inside but intelligent.
Exactly

When are you going to show your brother to us? :)
Hahaha he's camera shy just like me. But if you see a few other videos his hands have made an appearance helping me out
Fantastic Video. Clear, precise and great delivery with bonus of the toothbrush and chonies laugh.
Very well done Speedy! I didn't know the GS had both types of injectors. Are there actually 2 injectors per cylinder?
Just nice. Went thru in class yesterday. Need to understand better.
Glad it helped!
@@speedkar99 ya! Most of the video made by ya can be use for my presentations for education purposes!
I like your presentation very clear and consise and knowledgeableable, cudos
Thank you

Glad you enjoyed my explaination
Good work Colgate!!!
Eh
I'm sure they wouldn't be Happy
The fact that you rigged your own water pump to demonstrate how the injectors work is brilliance. Thank you.
your welcome
rofl just chucks the fuel injector so whimsically, i laughed and slammed that like button.
hahaha and then proceeds to clean with "half my brothers old underwear"
4:44 o-ring or the case itself *slam that injector far away* or it could be the internal pin . Made me laugh, so unexpected
I absolutely love your videos and the ever-present toothbrush is amazing too!!!
man you having deeeep knowledge 👍👌
I don't know much, but I try to present what I understand
@@speedkar99 come on man, you're totally thorough and I doubt there is anyone out there as able as you at explaining this stuff so quickly.
I like your laser pointer ! I send you a strong hug from Argentina Viva Francisco Viva Evita Viva Perón !
Thanks for the hug
Great video bro ! I didnt know about direct and port injections thanks
Glad you took away something!

You need some recognition
Amazing video! Good job!
I have a strange desire to go brush my teeth now.
This video promotes good hygiene
Do you use your brother tooth brush also?
Hells yeah I do!
JUST SUBSCRIBED AND WATCHED THE VIDEO BECAUSE OF THE DAMN BRUSH....
The teach brush wins another one
Good job.
Thanks
Nice video man, thanks for all detailed info

Some injectors have a spring, this one relies on fuel pressure.
Thank you guys This has helped me a lot
Glad it helped!
Love these. Wanna see how something works? Angle grinder time 😁
Pretty much!
Nice
Thanks, very good video👌
Glad you liked it!
You r my guru , love from india ❤️
As always very impressed video
Your welcome
I enjoyed the humor.
Nice video
Out of all the things that you could have used, you just HAD to pick a toothbrush! 😂 Great video btw
Yes well that's the best pointer and cleaner...
Can we get a video on how the Multitasking Sibling Liberated Toothbrush operates or has that alrdy been done
Haha it operated in every video differently my friend
