Thanks, I personally believe it is one of if not the best there is, but half price than some of them. SG Racing offer custom colors, also if you have some idea I’ve seen a lot of custom levers they made for different purpose - just contact them. Also I’ve seen this shifter in a lot of actual cars, seems they like it too ;)
Nice review! Im interested in this shifter and also their handbrake.. any reason you didnt buy their handbrake and instead went with heusinkveld? Thanks.
Thanks! I already had the Heusinkveld so was not looking for a new handbrake (and i like still how it works). As for the shifter - i had the Heusinkveld one as well and it felt like a toy a little. Good for factor, but not enough immersion so was on a lookout for a full sized one. Had several options, jinx being the direct competitor, but at the end preferred the SG one. Even did not k ow the price difference ;) Frankly still have not seen another full size SQ that I would consider an upgrade till now, but keep an open mind if something new comes on the market. As for handbrake - Simagic put a new one recently, I would love to try it but price is just too much :/
have same one and same heusinkveld handbrake for over a year no issues im just not the best driver only use shifter on slower cars but those wrc 500hp+ ones usually set to auto lol.
The new WRC cars have only 5 speed :P Otherwise quite solid shifter, I use it a lot, but if I want to be a little more faster I use my push pull shifter as it is significantly quicker
Yep, this is one of the minuses and is going in the written review. Regrettably it is crucial part in the design. You can reduce it by unscrewing the ball spring nuts but then you loose the mechanical feedback.
Great review! Mine arrived two days ago and I love it. Exactly what I expected and the feeling is unmatched.
No surprise there, it really is great shifter ;) Hope you have as much fun with it as I do
Thanks for the video and great detail with this shifter.
Thank you too, glad it is helpful!
great review my friend
Thanks, my friend. It is a good product and review is well deserved!
Very well put together. Seems like a very solid shifter. Your review is spot on, very detailed and useful. Do they come in other colors?

Amazing!,
It truly is a masterpiece
As much as I love that design and look, I hate the clicky sound of it. I ended up getting the new meca evo1.
