Angeles Arrien: What Women Want

Day 2 at the 8th Annual Chautauqua, Angeles Arrien tells the story of Lady Ragwell and Sir Gwain concerning the question, "What does woman want?".
Angeles Arrien is a cultural anthropologist, award-winning author and educator. She lectures and conducts workshops worldwide, bridging cultural anthropology, psychology, and comparative religions. She is also the President of the Foundation for Cross-Cultural Education and Research.
Chautauqua is an annual conference at Mount Madonna School (Watsonville, CA) that focuses on transformation of education.

i have loved Angels Arrien for over 30 years. I have learned from her stories for years. It's nice to see her on TH-cam so that I may pass on her wisdom to my daughter.

OMG! thank you so much for having this! I was thinking today of Angeles telling this story in one of the classes I took with her in the Pocono's in 1995. I was thinking of this story today in terms of a situation I was in where someone made a decision for me without discussing it... i was also thinking of this in terms of the issues with Roe right now. thank you again!

I have loved Angeles since I first heard about the Four Fold Way. She was my beloved teacher, truth teller and the woman I respected most. I am deeply touched to see this and hear her voice again. I miss her presence, humor and deep respect for all the wonders of life. And I miss her creative sharing! I was richly blessed to be one of her many mentorees.......I am forever grateful for that opportunity and I am honored to pass on her stories, share her teachings and continue to grow through her work that lives on.
