Amazon has less say in Europe because eBay and other third-party companies have better service when it comes to products like for example i ordered from china replacement screen for my tablet with 18 euros using the eBay store and after a month of travel i got it on perfect condition

Even many states in the EU have really great Internet. They at least leak in resources.
China doesn't need to do this because Apple actually does everything Xi tells them to. It's only in the west where Apple thinks they can keep breaking laws as much as they want as long as they pay enough for lobbying and bribes, and stretch out any case against them to 10 years.
Can you name any of the top 10 mall operator companies? There's a lot of them and not many know their names. Lots of competition and alternatives out there for retailers. They already lost lol? Except you mean the Court challenge, that takes years and until its decide. they need to comply anyway. But don't forget every Apple Court Challenge they made so far against EU Rules / Laws and fines they simply lost against the EU. So its not 100% sure but its pretty solid to say they lose that too.
Can someone please explain why a government can decide how a company monetizes its product if it’s the same for everyone. I remember when monopolies were for sector and not for individual products.
4:32 Apple tryed to still have control on the app that are installed, they will digitally sign every app that can be installed with sideloading, so they will control them anyway, i guess they'll get another fine because of it in 2 years
@AdrianCarlosEnriqueFlore-ju6zm You said it, on windows you CAN install at your own risk, Apple will not allow that, that's basically still maintaining a monopoly based on the principle of security
