This is a really good review, It's really a relief to see how well these hold up over time. I just bought my first one yesterday and I'm already in love with it (silver metallic!!) Sarah Ensign has raved about these so I already expected quality but I was surprised at just how wonderful they really are to use. I'm always paranoid about fraying my nibs, so it's really nice to see such minimal fraying on pens that have been used so much! I think I will be replacing some of my other brush pens with more Karin markers.
Yes, there's plenty. Also I love Karins because I can use them on multiple surfaces, even if the paper is textured and it won't ruin my nib. I actually just put out a video comparing Tombow to Karin Markers today. I will forever choose Karin Markers over Tombow!
I blend mine with water on a brush, or with a blender pen, or just with the pens themselves. Tip to tip works. Layering works. It all just works. The nibs are awesome.
Thanks for the review. I love my Karin Markers and have been storing them tip side down and will now store them vertically.
Yes I absolutely love mine too!! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for this review! I only have a few Karin’s, but I’m thinking about buying a set. What is your favorite brand watercolor paper to use with them?
Thankyou for this informative video! But how are they now? They are still working? Please answer asap I need to know Thankyou!
Do you feel there's enough colours in the full set? Tombow has more colours. Typically, I'd go for the ones with more shades and colours.
