I’ve bought 2 of these. Followed the instructions and the first one jammed right before the lock is. I couldn’t zip it further to lock it. Went a bought a new one, set my code and now it won’t open... crap product. (Or maybe the ones rite aid has are bad. Idk) but I’ve had a lot of lock boxes without this kind of problem. Who knows

you can use like a kitchen butter knife and take the tip of the 🔪🍴 and push it on the side that is closest to the combination numbers and then you can open the lock 🔐
@@tc8319 this comment is so old it’s when I first got my vaultz pencil bag and I lost it then found it months later forgot the pin. All I did was sit there and go through every combination possible it only took and hour. But thanks!
Sorry to say but your locks are pretty loosey-goosey and a bit high-priced for what you get. I have several of your boxes, and sometimes one will decide not to work for weeks, then suddenly work. Sometimes I'll have to spin the drums around several times before it works. Still a good place to keep non-critical documents and items away from grabby fingers, but I wouldn't store anything I ever needed immediate access to in one.
DO NOT BUY!!!! If you have already, return it! As soon as you change the combo to your own it will not work anymore. I have returned 4 of them, yes 4!. Do Not Get Ripped Off!!!! If you have one that works you are 1 out of 1000.

How can you reset your lock?
TL;DW open the lock part, push the unlocking tab to the right and not left, then set the code.

lock is shit if you wiggle the lift key while sliding the unlock switch it will open no matter what combination...
