Thankyou for explaining the hours per food group. I have taken enzymes before meals whenever consuming cooked foods, the way I cook is to project positive energies as I prepare it. That is what matters to me ,the love and devotion incorporated into cooking and serving food brings up the chi energy. I am a vegetarian ,however I was a meat eater as a young man and learned to prepare it. I trained myself to focus on the positive aspect of cooking all types of food and some might feel its not satvic to be this way,however living in the west I am surrounded by several types with multiple dietary needs.
