Just grabbing the heel with a reverse figure 4 grip is enough to break some people. Adding Nicky's full strength i'm 100% sure Pena got it broken. The knee wasn't really compromised so that's why he ate it and kept playing

I believe that 1 point per sub attempt is all that is needed to convince the athletes to attack and know what is required to get the win in the case of no submission. 🙏🙏🙏
