Are the screws fully put back in place. I discovered that one of mine was not, and the screw socket, being a rather soft inferior metal, had shredded in the socket. It was sticking out far enough to not allow the plate to slide past it. I was able to get it out and replaced it with a screw borrowed from the front of the bed. I will need to buy some more of those screws somewhere. FYI I had to remove 3 screws to get the plates in on my 2020 six foot bed tacoma. I'm about 1/2 way through with installing this rack. I have a complaint about the adapter plates. They should have made a right and a left. Just using one means I can't spread the upright bars far enough apart to be really useful. I'm more than a little disappointed in toyota in making such an expensive truck with such a weak box that it can't just use rim rails. There is no metal cap over the truck bed! Just plastic.

I didn’t get the square washers in my kit, any idea where I can get replacement ones? Yakima says they’re sold out.

Will this system fit the 2022 Nissan Frontier with Utili-Track?
