It’s really cool that you made it back there for awhile and, hopefully, you can return again in the future. Good luck on finding those special spots near your next home and thanks for sharing a peak at how beautiful it is there.
Yes, I will definitely be back! I am leaving a part of my heart behind here and it will be a country I'm always going to return to. But I think I need to focus on exploring other places for now. There are many special places waiting to be found. ❤
Life is gloriously messy, and grieving for the things you love and lose is part of the mess. It hurts like hell in the moment, but eventually you look back and know, no matter what, you’re a better person for all the hurt. Hang in there, you’ve got this. Hugs.
Yes, exactly! I've learned to accept these things over the years and am overall much happier because of it. Understanding that things will always change, and that you can't hold onto everything. Learning to let go is part of the journey. I'm just so happy that I've been able to make so many memories in this beautiful place and I'll always have them to look back on. ❤️
Oh gosh Georgia has the cutest dogs! The image and sound quality of your videos is so high. Good luck with everything, keep being positive, hoping you'll soon find new parks and nature spots to feel at home in.
Thank you, Holly! Yes, I'm going to miss all the wonderful cats and dogs that are everywhere here. Hanging out with them has been a big part of my daily life. I will keep being positive, I'm sure I'll find many new beautiful nature spots where I'm going. ❤️🌲
Hi Ellary, I check in with your channel every so often and am always amazed at all your travelling adventures. I'm not brave like you. I can't bear the thought of travelling alone to foreign countries I'm a scaredy cat. I admire you for that and your beautiful art and photography. Wishing you well returning to America. It seems to be a very divided country. Perhaps you could sell some of your art in prints on etsy while you are contemplating your next travels. That sweet dog was your temporary guardian angel. Best wishes and safe travels from Australia 🇦🇺💐
Hello there! Thank you for your lovely comment! It really means a lot to me. Yes, the country is very divided and has been on a downward spiral for many years now. I can honestly say I'm a bit nervous to be back there for several reasons. But I just need to believe that everything will work out in the end. I'd love to visit Australia one day! Where do you live there? And yes, that dog was definitely a guardian angel. I was feeling a bit down the day that I filmed this, but he immediately made things better. ❤
@Ellary_Rosewood I'm in a tiny country town in NSW. In an alpine region. Finally bought my first home in June 2024. It's old 1940s and I'm fixing it up. I love it here so much. I think it's the best place on earth. It's my forever home for me and my rescues ☺️
That sounds lovely! To be able to own your own home is such a gift. Fixing it up and making it your own must be such a wonderful experience. I can't wait for that day! ❤️
I feel very sad with you but at the same time I feel very excited about all the good things that are going to happen in your life in the future though. I'm sure you will find a good way for you. Wish you all the best for the new beginning!
Thank you so much! Yes, I am trying to stay positive and excited about the future, but am also allowing myself to grieve. I know that many good things will be coming and that things will get better. The transition period is always the hardest! ❤
I believe in you Ellary!!! We need you here now. What a wonderful place you have been. It will miss you as much as you miss it. Home is in your heart. You got this!!! ❤️🩹
Thank you!! Yes, it's been a wonderful place, but now the universe is telling me that I am needed elsewhere. Georgia will always be there to return to and it will stay in my heart forever. I'm so thankful for the many memories I've made living here. ❤
@Ellary_Rosewood I had a friend many years ago who was studying the community in Georgia for a PhD program in sociology at UC Berkeley. The region has experienced a lot of sadness yet remains such a beautiful place with beautiful culture, and a real softness rises out of the hardness. You have that kind of softness. One that's made from some of the hard things like sadness. You seem in tune with sadness in a very kind way. Your softness and kindness deserve happiness and abundance. You will most certainly find your spot when you find your way back home. You home is in life itself. I refuse to believe the fascist narrative about our country. This is turtle island, the land of the feathered serpent we are talking about. Create your own narrative. I think you should really consider the importance of finding a community you feel at home. There are many places like that here. Pockets of peace and harmony. Like your spot in nature. We most Def have those places too. You will find your spot. And you will be successful. Don't worry too much about your image, I can see you put a lot of work into editing your videos which is awesome and you are good at it. But the real value of your work is your drawing painting and illustration your voice and your kind and beautiful face. Your expression not the edit features. That's just your icing. You have a style that's yours and it's good. I'm telling you. Trust
I’m so sorry you have to come back to the United States 😢 I’m trying to get out of here and move to Europe. I was trying to make my dream work for 13 years and had to take a 3 year break, it’s been devastating. No matter what though, I keep going back to my dream. Keep working at it no matter where you go! You will come full circle to where you want to be. Many blessings on your journey ❤ I appreciate your video, thank you!
Yup, I'm in the same boat! Made it out a few years ago and spent a couple of years living in different countries. Had to come back to the U.S. for a couple more years, then got out again. Now I'm going back again. 😭 I know it'll all work out in the end. It's just frustrating. I hope this year is kind to us! I'm curious, where are you planning on moving to once you can make it happen?
@ either London or Paris depending on where I can find work. Eventually I’d love to move to Ireland for a year just to experience my home land! Ughhh yeah the back and forth is exhausting. I’ve been doing it as well for a while and wondering if stability is what I truly want… or if I secretly like the upheaval 😂 change is good! It’s exciting and also a bit bitter at the same time lol
Sorry that you aren't happier to be coming home, especially considering it is the place where you obviously feel you can be most secure. There is as much amazement and inspiration in the United States as any place in the world. You only have to go for a walk, just about anywhere, to find it. If you believe you will find what you are looking for, then you will.
I wouldn't say it's the place where I feel the most secure, it's quite the opposite in many ways. I'm only going back because I don't have another option at this moment. Of course, there is inspiration to be found everywhere and believe me, I see the beauty wherever I am. It's just frustrating to have to go back to a place and lifestyle you thought you were finally done with, especially when you worked so hard to get out. But everything will work out as it should. Thank you for your comment! ❤️
@@Ellary_Rosewood I think if you don't love the lifestyle and appreciate whatever option our country offers you, you shouldn't come home. Does it occur to you that no other country seems to be offering you an option to support your lifestyle? You sound a bit spoiled. In the USA, you can live any lifestyle you choose, and everyone will respect your choice as long as you work for it and earn your right to live it. But you have to work for it. Nothing is for free. You seem to want a perfect world, or whatever you think a perfect world is, but you expect it to be given to you rather than having to earn it. Good luck with that. Even so, if you don't love this wonderful country of ours, you shouldn't come back. We want patriots here, people who appreciate the amazing opportunity that exists here, not people who are here because no one else will give them their dream lives for "free."
Trust me, we're all sad about living in the U.S. now! 😭😭😭 Sorry things haven't worked out so far, but you're young and adventurous! I'm sure you will make the best of wherever you go. 🍀 That dog couldn't get any cuter!! Funny how he just took off at the end. He already heard your whole story about leaving, so he didn't hope to follow you home! 🐾❤ That is a beautiful place - the paths through the woods and bridge over the waterfall. 🌳 No place is perfect to live, so we just need to make the best of our own lives. Here in the L.A. area, we had the raging fires for 3 weeks. Then thankfully rain this weekend, and snow atop the surrounding mountains appeared Monday morning! ❄️🗻 Well, enjoy your time left there, and best wishes for you and your new location. Some dreams may take years to fulfill, but you'll get there or may choose another dream altogether. Take care and stay safe. ✨💚✨
Thank you so much, Cynthia! Yeah the U.S. isn't the best place to be right now... 😅 I'm so sorry to hear about what you've been going through in L.A. with the fires. I hope that you and your family are safe! I used to live in L.A. briefly back in 2018-2019 and haven't been back since. And yes, that dog was so sweet. I was feeling quite down the day that I filmed this, but he instantly made my day better and reminded me that true joy and happiness are found in the little things. The transition period is always the hardest, but one thing I can say about myself is that I can adapt to new situations and changes quite quickly. I'm sure I'll find much to love about my new home. ❤🌲
I send my good vibes for you. This moment is a little complicated, but now you keep glased experiences, wonderful memories and new spiritual friends. I hope that your new path will be able better. Best wishes dear Ellary. 🫡💯💫🌲🌳🍀🌟✨️
Thank you, Erick! It means a lot to me. Things will get better for me soon, and I have so many memories of my time here to look back on and hold in my heart. One day I will look back on how much I stressed about things and laugh. Everything will work out! ❤

welcome back :)
Haha thanks. 😅
Dreams are often re-routed by life’s realities.
Indeed they are. Looking forward to the day when that dream will become the reality. ❤️
Please don’t move back. Save yourself.
