I honestly like Yarok more than Muldrotha since having both Commander decks around them. Muldrotha is to dependent on the GY alot of times which can easily be hard countered while Yarok just amplifies a triggered ability that would already give you value. Plus having Muldrotha in the 99 of Yarok is just overkill.
Spellshapers? I don't get it...if you're playing decent-costed spells with decent-costed activated abilities, how does Damia help? You're probably only casting one Spellshaper per turn then using the abilities with the rest of your mana, meaning Damia is kinda pointless. Or you're casting three or four spells in a turn and then have no mana left to spend on the Spellshapers. (That's not a knock! I'm more intrigued at the synergy you've noticed which I've missed!)
@@andrewsparkes8829 Well you put to much thought into this ^^'. Damia draws you a ton of cards and Spellshapers need you to be able to discard cards, in order to use their abilitys. You will never ever have zero cards in hand, as long as Damia remains on the field and thus will be able to use multiple Spellshapers per turn cycle.
Volrath is a lot more fun than mimeplasma, You play things and put counters on it and then abuse it and you can also use any card your opp uses it for decent utility

I run a Landfall build, super fun.

This video just solidified my desire to make a Mimeoplasm deck. Looks super fun and it has potential to do some degenerate stuff.

Muldrotha also makes really good death metal, so another reason for her to be nº1.
I'd say muldrotha is great in the 99 but maybe not the best commander option, yarok and tasigur are the best sultai commanders in my opinion
