Thank you for sharing all of this! Very, very helpful. I've been thinking of ditching the aesthetic grid and after watching this, I will definitely be doing that (among many other recommendations). It can be disheartening when I share content on IG & TT and my views/likes/follows are WAY higher on TT for the same content (repurposed, of course). I prefer IG as a consumer, but it's a struggle to grow as a business and a big part of me wonders if I'm just too late in the game! Will implement your tips to find out... :)

31:15 you mention in the Niche section about reposting / sourcing content. How do you do this? Do you have to use an app to 'rip' the content off of someone else's feed? I like the idea if creators would have no objection, but I'm not sure how to do it the right way. Can you explain?

Wowww I learned so much from this video thank you. I watched it in 1 sitting and even took some notes 😂 There are sooo many videos like this on youtube "how to grow your instagram' etc. but I usually find them impossible to watch because the people making them seem really inauthentic (like snake oil salesman vibes) and they are usually more focused on pushing the "how to make money" aspect above anything else which seems scammy to me.. overall Ethan just seems like a super genuine and knowledgable person who actually knows what he's talking about.

If you're starting out on Instagram, I'd suggest you use hashtags with 200k - 900k users, that way it doesn't get too competitive to rank in.
Also make sure they're quite relevant to your posts.

Use hashtags below 50K if you're starting out and only use 3 large hashtags. In other words you need to use hashtags with longer keywords that's related to your niche or posts.

I LOVE the Course, it really opened my mind and everything that i thought that matter just faded, and im so happy about that. My questions are:
1. Do you recommend to have a table and write down the actions im doing per day? like a journal
2. I spend a LOT of time doing the UF step, because im watching 1 by 1 if they gave me F back and so, Is there a method to do it faster?

1.) Yes, I know a few people that use spreadsheets for this.
2.) If you're paying attention to the followbacks, then there isn't a faster way to do this. You could just ignore if they follow you back or not and just unfollow everyone on a cycle but that's up to you.
3.) Follow close friends and be super personal in comments and DMs in order to build a strong, smaller following. That will help you expand in the long run.

would you consider digging deeper into the niche you originally started a change of niche? for example starts with nutrition tips for two years but then you move into specifically women’s nutrition.
I think gradual transitions are fine as long as they're not a massive shock to the quality or type of content. Be aware of your current audience and engagement. If 80% of your audience is men, then it wouldn't be very smart to start posting content that's marketed towards women. If your audience is already mostly women, then I can't imagine they'd be bothered if you started posting content that's directed towards women.
