Hi. Thank you for your kind words and question. I don’t think there is a way to have others boarding passes on your phone. Everyone needs the app as bet we can tell. However in our experience Princess doesn’t look at the QR code boarding pass and scans your medallion instead. We have several other videos about the app that me be useful to you. I had an update yesterday, within the New Princess App...I did update and the newest change to the App is that when you click on Explore the Ship, and go to Pool, Bars, Activities etc... at the bottom are new Scrolling tabs, which show you all the activities happening, in that particular area, venue for the whole week.

Although you can book two people at once for the cruise, each passenger will have their own boarding pass in their app. So the companion will need to download the app and log in to see the boarding pass (and to use while onboard ). We both have to use our phones for the boarding pass. (Lots of times Princess only uses the medallion instead of the boarding pass). Hope this helps. Happy Cruising!
The app was terrible to use. We took advantage of an excursion sale last weekend. So many glitches, kept signing me out. You would think the new app would have been tested better before roll-out.

The app will only allow you to reserve a table for the number companions you have connected to. I.e. you have to have 4 people to reserve a 4 top table. Max table size is 10 for app reservations. Some ships have out to 12 topper. If you figure out how to reserve those please let us know!! Thanks for watching.

What ever you do...do not arrive for boarding at 10:30 AM!! EVERYBODY arrives at 10:30! Ask me how I know!! I made that mistake in December; huge lines, green and blue lines incredibly long!!! BTW, once on the ship (using the old "app" we ere NEVER able to make dinner reservations in the MDR! We kept getting an "ERROR" code. This was our first and last Princess cruise!! Good luck folks!
