The level of knowledge and insight demonstrated by a 25-year-old like Sanjay Dilpali is truly impressive. His depth of understanding and the maturity with which he communicates complex topics suggest he possesses a remarkable level of wisdom beyond his years. His ability to articulate and deliver information with such clarity indicates a bright future ahead. It’s clear that he has a promising trajectory, and it’s exciting to think about the impact he will continue to make.
I just finished listening to your latest episode, and I have to say, it was truly outstanding. The depth of research and clarity with which you present your ideas are impressive. I particularly enjoyed how you broke down complex topics into digestible insights. Your enthusiasm for the subject matter is infectious, and it's clear that you put a lot of effort into crafting each episode. This podcast has quickly become a favorite of mine, and I look forward to each new release. Keep up the amazing work-your dedication and passion really shine through!
The Podcast was great. I, don't usually hear podcasts and it was one of a kind. This podcast covered various topics and the way Mr. Sanjay Dilpali said that he was unprepared for this podcast but we can see that even without preparations he was nicely giving answers and explaining it. This podcast was very informative and I hope that after listening this podcast no one can say that I have wasted my 1 hour after listening it. Really appreciated. 🙌
This morning, I came across this podcast on TH-cam and it took me a full day to finish listening to it with breaks in between. The podcaster appears to be quite young and there is certainly room for improvement in how he asks questions. However, the questions he posed to his guest were well chosen. If overlook the fillers he frequently uses in the sentences he utters, I believe he has great potential to become a successful podcaster in the future. Now, regarding the guest who was interviewed, his views on certain issues and topics struck me as quite subjective and immature. In some of his answers, I detected a significant degree of sycophancy. The guest also appears to be quite young, it might be more fitting for him to be in Delhi's MukherjeeNagar, preparing for the UPSC. If he succeed in passing such a prestigious exam, the credibility of his thoughts and opinions would carry much more weight. Otherwise, his statements might come across as mere grandstanding. If he aspires to be a politician, he should look upto Delhi's CM Arvind Kejriwal as an example, someone who cleared the UPSC exam and later served in as a bureaucrat then joined the media movement (Anna Hazari Anti Corruption movement)and ultimately entered politics, where his credibility now holds substantial value. The guest seems to be a talented orator and he could certainly bolster his credibility by completing a Ph.D as he wishes to pursue in future or passing competitive exams like the UPSC. There is no need to rush into politics. I believe it’s important to gain experience in a certain profession first before stepping into the political arena. For example, Raju Basnet, Pamin Lepcha and a few others served at the top levels of bureaucracy before becoming politicians and they are now well regarded. Our HCM Sir and Madam also began their careers as teachers before entering politics. These are just my observations based on this podcast. The guest mentioned that he has developed a thick skin, so I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts. I do think he has potential but he needs to work on developing more critical thinking skills. I hope, he will take it as a constructive criticism. 🙏
The proadcast was very good , happy to listen our young energic leader Mr. Sanjay dilpali rai. It's a remarkable achievement dear brother. demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication of work His innovative approach and commitment to excellence have set him apart as a leading figure.. Keep shining
Well, this is my first experience of watching local podcast (Sikkim's). I'm really very happy to see young guy entering into the field of podcasts.. However there are certain things that needs to be improved which is definitely going to come gradually. As far as the guest Mr. Sanjay Rai is concerned, I'm really very disappointed to see giving illogical and speculative statements. His statements sounds very flattering. Firstly, how could he dare to claim that the former Chief Minister did nothing for the Nepali language in Sikkim? This accusation is baseless. For your kind information, under the former Chief Minister's leadership, Nirman Prakasan published numerous books by prominent Nepalese literary figures like Parijat, Agam Singh Giri, Indra Bahadur Rai and others. In fact, Nirman Prakasan has published over200 books to date, authored by both novice and seasoned writers and distributed them freely to avid readers. I am sure that this podcast guest too has at least a few books published by Nirman Prakasan in his collection, assuming that he has a library at home. The former Chief Minister not only played a vital role in promoting the Nepalese language in Sikkim but also worked tirelessly for the welfare of other languages in the state. Currently, there are eleven regional languages recognized as state languages by the former Sikkim government. Numerous language teachers (PRTS, GTS, PGTS, Assistant Professors) for these state languages were appointed and continue to be appointed providing employment opportunities with good salaries. Additionally, many regional languageTranslators and Editors were employed and I am sure that most of them are now serving in various gazetted or bureaucratic positions. Apart from these eleven languages, the Directorate of Languages also oversees the development of three other languages, Hindi, Sanskrit, and Tibetan. This recognition has created numerous job opportunities for those proficient in these languages. But are these people truly grateful to the former Chief Minister? I think not. So you cannot say that the former CM didn't do anything for the upliftment of Nepali language in Sikkim.. Additionally, just look around, you can see the infrastructures named in nepali language like Samman Bhawan, Chintan Bhawan, Manan Kendra, Shram Bhawan, Udyog bhawan etc... Secondly, Sanjay's statement of single person dominance which he termed it as "Bonsaism" but he should take note that the present Chief Minister Shri. PS Golay was the one who became Cabinet Minister at your age under SDF governance. He was mere 25 years of age when he became Cabinet Minister. There are other several examples like Niru Sewa, Nimthit Lepcha, Tulshi Devi Rai, Bhoj Raj Rai, KN Rai, Arjun Ghatani, Bikram Pradhan, Hissay Lachungpa, KT Gyaltsen, almost 70% who all at a very young age were introduced into electoral politics and successfully became a part of Legislative Assembly.. Considering this, his statements seems totally baseless... Thirdly, his thoughts and understanding regarding the term "Visionary" seems vague.. Since there were numerous visionary projects and policies initiated by the Former CM like the First Organic State, Transformation of MG Margh into one of the beautiful and cleanest place, Strengthening of Tourism Industry, Second largest hospital, CM Meritous Scholarship, Comprehensive Education Loan Scheme, Civil Service Coaching, Environment and wildlife related policies, Ban on plastic bags and many more... Despite of such visionary policies, Mr.Sanjay who consider himself as a youth icon pretends to be blind just to gain political mileage.. And yes, undoubtedly there are several visionary policies is being implemented presently too. Lastly what I suggest Mr. Sanjay is you are too young and need to accomplish to a greater extent to criticize personality like Shri. Pawan Kumar Chamling who holds a record of longest serving Chief Minister and widely known as prominent figure in the politics and literature as well. No doubt you have a very great orator skill but it's not only the thing for an youth to be looked upon as "Icon". As you claim yourself as an intellectual, we at least expect critical analysis on so many issues going around rather than giving flattering statements to please a leader.
