Fun fact that this reminded me of:
So the tea is in block form, similar to that which was used in colonial times and so on so forth in the colonies of America. England decided “hey, let’s punish the colonies by sending them rotten tea instead of fresh tea.” Well little did they know that this tea would be the tea thrown into the harbor during the Boston tea party. The tea was in almost... plate form? You would shave off a little to make your tea, so the colonists were essentially throwing a crap ton of tea frisbees into the harbor (granted they were in boxes) and it reeeeally hurt the economy because tea was a source of income for England if I remember correctly and the colonists dumped YEARS worth of tea into the harbor.
Anyway thank you so much for sharing this bit of culture with us over the internet, very fascinating!

Its videos like this that absolutely fuel my love for other cultures. Being from America, there arent many things we do that are this soft or elegant- we're a fast, bum-rush-through it kind of people nowadays and not many of us stop and take this level of effort into things we do. So many of the cultures in the world do, and i honestly hope that as more people from around the world come here, their cultures have a larger effect on ours and helps us slow down and appreciate the history and traditions that we have.

This is probably one of the most intresting asmr videos ive ever watched and its fun since i can learn about a different culture as well loved it keep it up!
Favorite part was the circular tea pouring. What a neat way to balance the flavor.
I saw a woman giving a tea ceremony demonstration in a TV show once and she discussed how the tea pouring and the washing helps to preserve the ceramic that the pot and cups are made from. It was a fictional show, so I wanted to ask if that's true.
