All cars start at the same time (assuming everyone has indicated early for the other drivers to know they are turning)
Edit: I have now come to the conclusion that the Finnish road law is better as I don't have to wait as a green car lol
Edit 2: Yeah please don't go through a STOP-sign without stopping

In Finland, like anywhere else I think, a STOP sign and a give away sign are two different things. You absolutely have to stop on a STOP sign
