I do the same thing and yet even though the other person gets to the intersection before me sometimes they still wait until I reach the intersection and then just sit there staring at me.
To add to answer C, the Green car is turning into its own lane, where as the others are crossing other lanes.... so the Green car would have gone first anyway... regardless.
Thats funny because there are two cars on someone right side so what happens if all three get there at exacrly the same time? If you are in california, everyone just sits there confused.
Don't go by order of arrival drivers in USA dgaf. The green car goes first even if you are first at the stop sign as the blue car and he got there last. Since cars will not care to stop. Most drivers just do a roll stop / keep going anyway. Then you let the red car go because he's ready to cut you off. So to save an accident you wait last as the blue car. Unless the red car flashes his lights at you saying go. Also, if there is another car behind the green car proceed with caution because he too will try to cut you off. Even if there are 3 cars in number 1 lane wait / proceed slow asf because each one is ready to floor it. Always assume people in the 1st lane are jerks epically BMW driver/ young people.
Yeah, I HATE when someone arrives as a second car on one of the four sides & then they skip ahead. If there are 4 cars arriving at the same time, a car at the next level does not get to go before any of those four cars! 😬
You are wright. This is call the right hand rule and in Romania/ Europa is basic. Here not to many know about this. I am living in Canada. Confusing a little.
As a general rule in many countries, layed down by traffic authorities, is that the first car or vehicle arrives at the junction first is the one that had the right of way.
In California, largest (unless a semi, they always sacrifice ROW), Most expensive (Mercs, Teslas…), ugliest POS go last. Road Rage always an option if you get butthurt after losing your ROW!
The though rules of right away are clear... in the real world, who arrived at the intersection first is subjective (e.g., individual interpretation, full stop vs slow creep), and unless a cop is on scene, there is no referee to police who's right and wrong. Therefore, it's often the most aggressive driver that goes first.
in California, the car on the left has the right of way if both vehicles approach the intersection at the same time. This means the blue car has the right of way to the red car but the green car has the right of way to the blue car. The Green turn first then the blue and then the red car last.
In Europe it is also right the C option, but it doesn't matter who arrives there first! Without traffic lights or signs that indicate the opposite you give way to the vehicle from your right side.
first thing first the if the intersection has no stop sign and both road are the same width, no emergency vehicle then 1 - pedestrians 2- bicycle 3- the vehicle goes straight 4-vehicle make a right turn 5-vehicle making left turn .if 2 vehicle making same turn then the one is in right hand of other vehicle has right of way
I learned in 1987, while taking my driver's test, if you're going left, you go last. That's why I chose green to go first. Of course, the way many people drive, if you're the one running late, you go first. 😂 That's why I always wait a little longer, and then creep when I start. I'm never late, and I'd rather be safe. There have been times where I avoided arriving at the intersection at the same time by not braking until the last second. Then I would make it first, and proceed to make my turn. You still have to make sure no one is going to run the stop sign.
Never running lat is called time management. Too many modern drivers can't plane for unfortunate things like traffic being heavier than usual (rush hour traffic) traffic lights failing or any number of other factors that can and will impact on your journey time. If I'm travelling in rush hour I always allow double the time the journey normally takes.
Turning left goes last? Both the blue and the red car are turning left. Also just because someone’s turn signal is indicating a left turn, does not mean they are aware that their turn signal is on. The car to the right goes first. One rule, no confusion.
will depends which country situation in the Philippine the traffic enforcer must follow because if you don't follow your in trouble ? penalty no right no wrong for them ?
They're not driving on the left so in a different country from the UK. We'd probably have a mini-roundabout where the car on the right has priority but usually you need a more assertive driver to just go and others take their lead from them.
Defensive driving says you should yield the right of way. So, green car should yield to the blue car and the blue car should yield to the red. The correct answer is red, blue, green.
In a four way intersection with the stop signs, its always the car to ur right that’s alowed to make their turn up to ur self which u will be the last to make ur turn
I dont know what the law says, BUT, when the car across from me, crosses, I cross the intersection with him. This speeds up the flow of traffic. ALSO, if there is someone next to you in the next lane, cross together. Again, to speed up the flow of traffic. !
Red One goes first... the Green one is facing an oncoming Red Car which forces it to stop becoz you're not allow to turn right in front of an oncoming. Red -> Green -> then Blue one last
This image only works countries that drive on the right (USA, France, Germany, Brazil). The opposite applies in countries that drive on the left (UK, Australia, India, Japan).
For me, green car has the right of way, then followed by blue car because the red car couldn't be next to green car just because it may collide with the green car.
Option c bc, green has the right of way first, and because the green is turning where the red wants to turn he has to wait, meanwhile he waits the blue car can pass
Things that cause my eye to twitch: Arriving at an intersection at the same time as someone to the right, who clearly has the right of way, and they're just staring at you as though `you're` the idiot.
In an uncontrolled intersection the car on the right has the right of way. In this case the green car goes first , then the blue car and finally the red car.
If a fourth car is added and they all arrive at the intersection at the same time, then very car has a car at its right. According to this rule that "the right car has the right of way", no ca can move forever!😁 Correct?
Both blue and red doesn't have anything on their right? if you consider right right right, then red car should have come second since it doesn't have anything on it's right and both are turning left also ...
