Black Pepper Corns 10-12pcs
Cloves 10pcs
Curry Leaves 2
Salt 1.5tbs
Water 2.5ltrs
Pulao-
Cooking Oil/Ghee 1cup
Onion 3 sliced and fried
Ginger Garlic Paste 2-3tbs
Green Chili Paste 2tbs
Cloves 10
Black Cardamom 1
Star Anise 1
Cardamom 5
Cumin 1tbs
Black Pepper Corns 10pcs
Nutmeg and Mace Powder 1/2tsp
Yogurt 1/2cup
Basmati Rice 1Kg soaked for 45 minutes
Kewra Water 1tbs
Fried Onion
Green Chili 3-4
Orange Food Color
