Assalamualeikum, I cooked this pulao today and even though it was a spontaneous decision and I couldn’t follow the recipe ingredients as is for example: I didn’t have the fat element from mutton and tamarind but the pulao still turned out to be absolutely breathtakingly delicious ! I am so impressed with your cooking skills and recipe . Everytime I want to cook something super nice I make sure to look it up on Kun foods . I tried this recipe today with chicken, it turned out great MashaAllah. Though, I would advise decreasing half the amount of Imli and green chili paste to keep it less sour and spicy.
