  • Embark on a riveting journey into the heart of real estate intrigue as we explore Claywork City, a bustling enclave bordering Zimmerman Settlement Scheme and nestled right opposite Thika Superhighway. In this immersive exploration, we unravel the unique landscape dominated by sky-scraping apartments dedicated to rental living.
However, amidst the towering structures, a curious revelation surfaces - some residents have opted for individual bungalows and maisonnettes, challenging the notion of controlled development in the area. Join us as we delve into the debate - is it a matter of policy, greed, or simply oversight?
One glaring observation is the absence of spaces for recreational activities such as kids' play areas, football pitches, basketball courts, and gyms. Why is this the case? Is it a deliberate choice, a regulatory gap, or a lack of community planning? Let's peel back the layers of this urban puzzle.
Notably, most apartments in Claywork City lack lifts in any of the blocks, posing a unique challenge to residents. Is this a compromise in the pursuit of affordability, or are there deeper considerations at play?
Amidst these queries, the area boasts essential amenities like banks, schools, hospitals, and the vibrant Camp David Entumoto club. Residents also enjoy proximity to the services offered at Thika Road Mall (TRM). The access roads, however, present an interesting contrast - they are all-weather but remain untarmacked.
Join us in deciphering the secrets of Claywork City, where the urban landscape unfolds in unexpected ways, and every corner holds a tale waiting to be told.

Clay city was supposed to be a mixed used development. So in 15-20 yrs those who have constructed residential homes will have to moved because the whole area will be high rise buildings. Thanks for the video. You could have finished showing that entire road from that collapsing building, Zion church, Westview building all the way to seasons road. I love your videos. You doing such an amazing job.
