You are really a great teacher. And the attitude you carry which is just go ahead and get started with it does permeate through the listeners for sure. Thanks for such a great video :)

Thank you very much Sir for your smooth explanation and beautiful hints,
    I didn't know about Sitala..it worked perfectly!
I have watched a lot of videos before about mp3 mini before watching your previous video,
I never understood their explanation , meanwhile all your informations are precious with details and you always try to give us hints to make a better recording.
Please don't stop teaching us more about Mpk3 mini and of course anything you feel like sir 🙏

So everything works...except with Super8. For some reason, the pads work perfectly with any drum vst but as soon as i try to use them with Super8 Looper (in CC mode also) they just don't work at all. The keys work fine and you can see the feedback in the bottom right corner of Super8's UI, but nothing with the pads. As they can't communicate with Super 8, despite the fact that there is feedback from the monitor when i hit them....

I enjoy a challenge. I've always thought of Super8 as more or less requiring a foot pedal driven midi controller, so I never got that into it. And by requiring I mean if I'm playing guitar, which is my primary instrument, I'm not going to pause to hit a midi controller with my hand at the start or end of a phrase I want to loop. But.. I think this is a noble thing to figure out when I get back from the road trip we're currently on.

@@DThompson55 Indeed, as a guitar player myself, i'd use a foot controller ( i have a foot switch plugged to the sustain jack entry at the back of the Akai) to trigger record/play functions...and then use the pads to arm a different track when i'm done playing a riff. It was pretty easy to setup on Ableton but i'm sure it can be done on Reaper..i just can't figure out.
Enjoy your road trip and thanks for your videos!!
