Battery water means Distilled water.
Its not acidic. And you can drink this water also but there is no taste in water.
Because there is no minerals in water.
And you have to use only distilled water not tap or drinking water.

Remove the lower hose from the coolant pump then only you able to remove full.

Best option first radiator flushout water lower side drain screw and turn on blower start car few seconds 10 to 15 seconds engine block water flush out to heater core simple. 1 liter coolant is sufficient and add normal water but u have changed coolant every year….
2nd method if ur radiator is rusted you following procedures (1) drain out radiator water (2) fill ur water and citric acid ya toilet cleaner use and start car 10 minutes and engine off wait fully night tomorrow morning u hve drain and clean with water

Niche se radiator jam hua hai ek patli screw driver ko under dal ke dekhyea ki kis tarah ka kachara hai
Agar white color ka hai to radiator clean carwana hoga or agar brown clour ka hai to radiator ko heat kar ke clean karna hoga

१ लीटर कुलंट में दो लीटर पानी मिलना मतलब १ लीटर के तीन भाग करके उसमे से एक भाग कुलंत मिक्स करना है (१:३ रिशोयो का मतलब) ऐसा कुलांत कंपनी वाले बताते है,
१/४ का मतलब एक लीटर के चार भाग करके उसमें १ भाग मिलना होता है, आप गड़बड़ करके औरोंको भी कांफुज कर रहे हो, फिर भी ५०%/५०% ज्यादा सही रेशों है

Actually whenever there is some collant leak or collant decreases due to any reason we can add water to it and drive .
Also i prefer this only ratio, you want to mix it in 1:3 there is no issue .

You can use raditor cleaner of STP or LIQUI-MOLI they work fine
But if you change coolant timingly then put normal water and drive for 5 to 10 km then drain the water it will clean most of the slug

This is distilled water made for both radiatior and battery.
You have to use only distilled water in the radiator not normal or RO water otherwise rusting and corosen will occur.
