All in mint, brand new condition with that same large sticker over the original price. One last thing, way back in 2006, there was a convention near London where the main guest was Bruces brother Robert. Before he came on that day, they had two other guests on. You could also order any issues that you didn’t have via the magazine, the stickers that we see on some of your issues were put there by MAI as a disclaimer so that people would know the publication was out of date and not to try ordering anything from the ad’s placed there in. There was also a rare issue of KFM that was published as Bruce Lee Monthly, there was an article in the following issue explaining why they changed the name, i think it was a legal issue!! That's a great collection Stripey. I love the artwork on the cover of number 10, I always have. I stopped collecting in 🤔 1980 🤔 🤷 but I've got the set now. I have to say that, for me, the last dozen or so weren't up to the standard of the rest of the set. I bought 'King of Kung Fu' really early on, and it was much treasured back in the day when there wasn't much available. I still enjoy digging my copies out now and then , purely for nostalgia. Those huge stickers on the issues you bought recently are disgraceful. What a blight on the covers !
Great to see the kung fu mags .why did they stick stickers over the prices .as be hard get off i guess .it would anoy me having them over original price ?
Hello stripey...do you have or have you ever seen the Bruce Lee flip books?..where you flip the pages and Bruce Lee is doing the multiple kicks scene in fist of fury and the other flip book has the nunchaku fight from that same scene. The pages were in black and white. It was from the 70s.
Hi, mate. I used to own a few of the flick books, I remember them very well. Funnily enough I held a couple a few weeks ago, a friend to the channel Mike, brought round some 70s Bruce Lee, items. There worth quite a lot of money these days 👍
As a Bruce Lee fan, I am really P!ssed off at Arrow Films at the moment. I bought the "Way of the Dragon" 4k not too long ago and over the last month, after I was told how "easy" it would be to get the replacement "Final Game of Death" disc as mine came with the wrong one (The Legend disc instead) I have spent the last month in a dispute with Arrow Film who are all like "Send us this photo, send us the receipt, Send us your name and address, send us a photo of your name and date written on the disc.... it never ends. They really are just ruining my enjoyment of what I paid good money for. Been over a month now back and forth and still nothing. People beware of Arrow films.
Oh, mate. I went throught the same sh*t with Arrow. They produce amazing products, but the custermer service is naff. Don't give up though, fella. Good luck👍

@@StripeyR I'm still reading 'Chaos' - I'm about and 40% through it. It makes you wonder what we understand about the world.
@martinschell4212 it does indeed, my friend. It does indeed 👍
Awesome video once again stripey, I'm very luck to own all issues of kung fu monthly plus 2 binders I'm only missing the dummy issue that bugger has eluded me mate lol but can't complain pal as ive got the 1st issue of fighting stars 73 the stunning black belt 67 & the wife has just bought me Bruce's first apperence magazine the tv mag 66 so I'm not doing to bad mate but I will get that dummy I'm a man on a mission 😅...walk on brother...
Nice one, fella. That Dummy issue will turn up for you. Cheers 👍
I think I have said before but fortunately I still have all 79, got some issues that I have 3 of, so will check and see which numbers, maybe able to help you out on a couple of issues 😁 will check and let you know.
I couldn't wait for the next copy of kfm,had them on order from wh Smith to make sure I never missed one. God the excitement of teenage yrs and getting the next issue 😂
Cheers Pal, You have been more than generous to me 🙏
Most Bruce fans have great memories collecting the KFM mags.
Long before video & Internet etc, it was the only way to get the Bruce Lee fix 😉
Thanks again Pal, I hope all is well with you 👍
I still enjoy digging my copies out now and then , purely for nostalgia. Those huge stickers on the issues you bought recently are disgraceful. What a blight on the covers !
The stickers were (from what i've found out since posting this video) was to let people know the adverts within the mags, no longer exist.
Cheers 👍🏻
@@StripeyR good grief
I've quite a few of these ,in prestine condition. How much are they worth !!??
People beware of Arrow films.
keep going , you will get it. took me 3 months. keep sending mails.
Oh, mate. I went throught the same sh*t with Arrow. They produce amazing products, but the custermer service is naff.
Don't give up though, fella.
Good luck👍
@@Andrewblair-z4i Wow, that long. That's terrible. But yeah, I am not giving in to their games. Cheers.
@@StripeyR Thanks Stripey, yeah, not giving up, I want that disc and they messed with the wrong fandom.
What the hell? I’m pretty sure I saved Peter Reynolds’ life during the Battle of Tobruk, so you’d think the guy would send me a free gift sometime? How quickly people forget!
😅🤣👍🏻
Ive got issue 76 which i bought in 1984 i think 🤔 do u have any idea what year it come out mate?
I would imagine 81/82, mate 👍
@@StripeyR 👍
'ello Mr Stripey :) Liam from Australia here - was just wondering if I could contact you in some particular way? I have something unique for you. I was hoping to get your email.
I'm happy to give you mine first if you're sceptical!
Cheers again for the mention in the Fist Of Fury video the other week! :)
@liamnevilleviolist1809 Hi, mate. My email is on my about page. It's hard to find on the app, but on a pc or laptop, it's easy to find.
I'm intrigued 🤔
Cheers bud 👍
@@StripeyR "John Barry" - Oh my Lord! I Had no idea that the Game Of Death (the weird one) had a score by Mr Barry [OBE].
He personally taught MY teacher in composition.... and then I learned about composition from MY/SAID teacher. My gift to YOU, Mr Rambles, as mentioned in a previous video, is a customised piece of music :)
It MAY take a little while due to my current ill health, but it WILL get to you by he end of the year!!! I hope you're also doing well!
th-cam.com/video/FSdUjwbMXUM/w-d-xo.html - at 8:36, I commented about that point.
So yes, I'm going to send you a personalised piece of music just for you :)
Love from Australia! - Liam Neville.
