How I watched the movie Nico with Steven Segal. I knew right away what I wanted to train. Only Aikido. Beautiful name and beautiful martial art. Unique. Unfortunately, I could not because there was no dojo aikido in my city. Only the kyokushin karate schools themselves and I trained it. A great honor to be able to practice at Sensei from this kahal💪

Ça va dépendre de la technique à réaliser mais plus l'attaque sera forte et mieux ce sera en général et ça dépendra aussi du niveau de la personne en face qui appliquera la technique peu importe la force de l'attaque😊😉
