@@abramporras7877 I just watched a video last night where he sings dust in a room somewhere's. There was a dude standing to the side of him with long hair. Great performance. He was just lounging & someone asked him to play & he just up & ran with it.

What blows me away is that he is a really good singer too! His pitch is dead on. Good ear and sings with passion. There are a lot of great guitarists that can not sing. There are some that sing decent. There are very few that sing well. He's even a good songwriter. That amount of talent is very rare.
And most likely no auto-tune like a lot of the artists these days. I would much rather listen to Billy Strings than any of the pop or hip-hop celebrities any day. He's got pure talent all the way around.
This dude is amazing. He’s got skills, an amazing voice, and his life experience oozes through his music. He’s going to be a huge star. He ain’t that bad to look at either. Just please don’t die at 27 🙏🏻

Thanks so much for this backstory. I first heard this done by my husband way back in the seventies, then we got the Old and In the Way Album and I never did look for who wrote this great song. So I've been scrolling down all these comments looking for the one wise soul who knows to share attributions. I am SO grateful! My husband's gone now to his peaceful rest. Love how music gives us time travel! And LOVE how Billy knows ALL the great songs! My son gifted me a listen to Billy and I am forever hooked.

Damn Billy! I dont post, but F'n A bro! I haven't seen that kind of picking entertainment since Roy Clark! I can just imagine you teamed up with Allison Krauss & Bella' Fleck, and keep Don - he doesn't miss a lick! That would just blow my ever lovin' mind. Yes, I do believe that could get Ralph Stanley to rise from the grave! And every man, woman and child would climb shred mountain bare foot and without water just to get a listen! Sure would like to see that happen! Keep picking. RIP Ralph & Roy. And smile down on this new boy! EVEN MY DOG IS HAPPY!
Amazing! As someone who hacks on the guitar this is dry folks, no reverb or effects and what looks like a flat room for acoustics. That means they are seriously on point, in tune, and rockin' those vocals!!

Everyone is focused on Billy, while Don is laying down some sick lines and chops! Two absolute pros.

Excellent, amazing..
2:14 was the smoothest string-tuning in the history of guitar
Saw that. Pro stuff knowing that it's the B string in particular that's out of tune at that speed and volume. Lawdy!
Hagrid and Harry's bluegrass for wizards
Don: “You’re a wizard Billy”
Billy: *in visible shock, plays this song.
Hog grass!
compare true wizardry to nonsense falsities.
Bluegrass wizards is an accurate description... these guys are definitely magic.
Amen
Wow, I’m so glad I clicked on Dust in a Baggie! It looked so different from the rest of my recommendations. You’re an incredible artist.

Too late to feel pain

[Verse 2]
He'll never cause trouble
Don't have no fear

Who live in L.A.
They miss their dear daddy
Who's gone so far away
