this is not a hate comment, ive played probably 1500 games on vertigo!:
i like a change, since the map has become stale, and the rounds always developed around A. you can tell what they were trying to do opening up the space, but after a few games i have to really admit. you have better timings now towards the ramp and short, but whats interesting is nothing has changed on where you should go. the fact that you have space means they can be in more angles, but also if you just commit ramp now, and 1 or 2 guys fall. its not retakable. the fact that now short players can hold ct cross towards the retake is insane. nothing in the games i played so far stopped me from still going heavy A, cause CTs have to really commit 3 guys there early round, and dump in all their nades to defend it. if you make that read you can fake ramp and easily turn towards B, or middle.
and retakes are actually viable
@@kazune2469 there are some bullshit spots, that actually dont work preplant . i think i'f the T's stop peaking everything there are a lot of rat spots and ring arounds that make the site really hard to clear
I for one love the Vertigo changes. It's going to make it more competitive
the updates are good , but not fixing the cheater problem before it..
They haven't showed interest in fixing this issue since 2012, they will not use internal AC, meaning cheaters will stay.
All this and still no anti-cheat - Valves answer to everything is release a new case.
There is, I got message that my report got someone banned , way less cheaters

@@tariganmergana2289 I stopped playing 5 months ago because it was nearly every match. So, yes when it stops me from playing I am going to constantly complain.
There's been way less rage cheaters, valves cooking but they're not telling you.
@@sunshine8338 the problem is until it is stopped any match you play is totally meaningless as if someone is banned - all progress is gone.
new vertigo is anything but stuffy its way more open lol its going to be really cool to see how the pros play it now

I played one Vertigo since the update. It's definitely thrown off the seasoned players and will take time to adjust.

mb they do some operation update with ai cuz tbh the last operations were garbage cuz it literally looked like a monthly pass quests... which were more booring that the old operations where u have to kill bots which were more fun
I'm convinced that CS developers are not CS players at all, I don't think they even understand how the game is played.
Also defending A site is way harder, Mid is totally exposed and you need to be aware of too many angles

defending is harder, T's post plant feels like A inferno. a bunch of hard to clear out spots that a T can run around the ring forever, but a CT cant play it that way

i hate vertigo before, i hate it even more after the update.
All these and still no anticheat on board. Valve believes cheaters are their best friends to earn money.
cheaters can rent skins instead of buying them now so they can pretend to have a good inventory. 200iq move by valve to help their best costumers

Headahots in cs2: spray, let go of m1, move mouse away, enemy dies from headshot
i like the opening on right side of A site but the extra scaffolding is terrible
I like the scaffolding[/ramp , but I hate the opening to elevators :D coming from short is mega tough now

What we hate in cs2:
- Spray random (you spray one magazine but its 0 damage lol)
- to much bob shaking when spray (terrible)
- game feels not grisp and looks bluery (compare cs2 Highlights w csgo and you see how much more grisp csgo was!)
- shots not connecting to often
- awp flicks allmost impossible

I have myself played 1 competitive and 2 wingmans, its horrible in CT and T side, you are afraid of every angle and in CT its a struggle every round to know where they are.
That's called LEARNING...new map changes will take awhile to get used to
