  • I give my short-term review on these brand-new tires that came out recently. The total KM's put on them so far is 70kms. Once I get more usage out of them and find how they wear will be coming back and updating everyone

    Well it's about time you get out of the mud rough riding tires. Welcome to the smooth club. They are the best kind of tires for long distance riding and your bushings and bearings will love you for it. Even makes them can am's ride smooth.

      Yep like mentioned, im pleasantly surprised with how they did. One spot for sure I really thought I was going to need to winch. The video doesn’t show it like how it felt but if the machine would of stopped it would of definitely sunk

    FWIW, looks like TeamTis is a wheel manufacturer. Thanks for the comprehensive, unbiased review. Looking forward to catching up with you when you've put a few more miles/hours on them.

      I’m curious how well they are going to last long term as well. Hopefully for the best but if it ends up being trash I’ll let everyone know. For better or worse!

      @clintonwanner around 7000kms on them to date, around 70 to 75 percent left with decent amount of pavement driven I’d buy them again in a heartbeat

    Picking up a set of these next week. My local tire shop has them on the shelf once I started looking. Hoping they wear decent. My current dirt commanders are done at 4200km...

      @@beardedatvers Everyone else I have talked to has said the same thing, I'm definitely hoping for the best. I ride lots of logging roads here in NW Ontario, and 95% of the time I am riding from the house so there's at least 10km of pavement to get to the dirt.
      Hopefully I have enough season left before winter sets in to get some good miles on them!

    How are they holding up? What is the actual mounted size and at what pressure?

    • @beardedatvers
      @beardedatvers  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Somewhere around 5000km to 6000km on them to date they are about 70 percent left. 10 psi all around and I think it’s around 29ish when they were new mounted with air but don’t fully quote me on that I know they don’t run an exact true to size 30 like it says however as they measure that at 21psi.
      I had a puncture in one of the tires at 1500ish kms and joked with my tire guy about it having road hazard warranty. Turns out they have a two year unlimited on road hazard or 50 percent which ever comes first.

    How did they hold up? How do you think they would compare to carnivores.

    • @beardedatvers
      @beardedatvers  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Been out with different types of sxs who have carnivores and they have outperformed them in every aspect from basic trail riding, to mud ( which isn’t these tires best aspect either ) to snow/ice and with ice the carnivores did really poor vs these.
      2 year no questions asked warranty if you get any sort of damage to the tire like a giant gash from a rock etc ( proven this btw they warrantied my tire over it ) I’d definitely still buy these tires again in a heartbeat

      There must be something wrong with my TH-cam as I didn’t get this notification for this comment so sorry on the late reply.
      Personally I find they last longer, and outperform the carnivores
