    More movie details:
    (1) The three (children) and the two boys disputed the girl's attention;
    (2) The character (which Dimash represents as an adult) created a symbol to confirm friendship between the three, after being saved by his friend;
    (3) Still in the video we see the girl choose "Dimash" and then they get married and have the little girl (who was killed) as a daughter and the mother is pregnant with another boy;
    (4) The older boy (who saved "Dimash" from drowning) does not accept being abandoned by the girl and becomes a dictator president/general;
    (5) Dimash becomes a soldier who decides to return from combat to protect his war refugee family;
    (6) Dimash finds his daughter dead and thinks that his wife had also died, so he decides to take revenge on his friend;
    (7) He kills the dictator and is killed regretting the violence he committed in life;
    (8) Dimash's wife is welcomed by people of different religions who agree that Dimash's son is someone special;
    (9) The wife dies in childbirth and Dimash's son becomes a leader who leads the refugees to a better place, of tolerance, respect and acceptance.

      Yes. I wondered why they didn’t give the baby to the mother to hold and then realized she wasn’t moving. It’s very subtle, but it is there. The story was told very well.

      I think the friend would have been a dictator anyway, I think he had an evil heart. I can't see being spurned by a girl as enough of a reason to create war

    👉 That is the grandiose and impressive result of three years of compositional work by Dimash Qudaibergen.
    This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. It is about the call to unite, to stop dividing each other along national, social, religious lines in order to preserve life, love, friendship, and the land for our children.
    Story: The clip is divided into several parts. The first is about childhood. The main character and his 2 friends are linked in eternal friendship through childhood stories and a symbol (necklace).
    One day, the friend saves the protagonist when he is drowning. However, there is already competition in this children's story as the boys are in love with the girl and she chooses 'Dimash'.
    The pendant is a gnomon, the shadow hand of a sundial, which also served as a sea compass before antiquity. Uniform wearers wear this symbol on their heads. So it can't work.
    The second experiences a kind of nervous breakdown and transfers the children's problems into the world of adult totalitarianism and struggle.
    By becoming President, the antagonist (Piper - in reference to the 'Pied Piper of Hamelin') carries within himself the idea of a war to save:
    “Only war will lead us to peace. Only the strongest can find love in their hearts. You must be strong enough to give freedom to the world. A world where every city, every home is one. We will guide all who are ready to start this new life. Anyone who resists has no business with us. I choose freedom. The world is open to me and I want to give it to you. War for the people is the way to unity.”
    The main character also speaks of unity, of peace, but through the lens of kindness and love.
    While fighting, he is confused, he is in shock, but he has to save his family - his pregnant wife (the very girl from his childhood) and his daughter. Once home, he is horrified by the picture of the dead and realizes that his family is also dead. After surviving this drama, he moves on to the antagonist to seek revenge.
    However, the Protagonist’s wife survives with the help of people who know that she is the one who must give birth to a special boy who can save the world. These are people of different nationalities and faiths who have united for peace.
    A parallel line of pilgrims are people of different religions, walking the hard path to some place of power where they could unite and discover the Heavenly Eye that would illuminate the world. By uniting, they create a common energy in which the protagonist’s son is born, as Hope and Faith for the Better. Their journey is a symbol of faith in general, because it always goes through trials. When we go to the truth, we go through certain lessons and our way to God is difficult, but only possible if we come together.
    The words at the end of the video are from the "Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together" signed by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad el-Tayeb, on February 4, 2019. Dimash met and spoke with both men at the September meeting.
    Producer - Dimash Qudaibergen
    Script - Dimash Qudaibergen
    Music - Dimash Qudaibergen
    Lyrics - Liliya Vinogradova (she also wrote Passione, Ti Amo Cosi, Olimpico, etc...)
    Directed by - Alina Veripia (She wrote the script and directed the MV "Okay")
    DimashAli Director - Kanat Aitbayev (Dimash’s dad)
    Dimash Qudaibergen’s 12-minute work is dedicated to the unity of people on our planet. We are all divided into races, nations and religions, but we are all children of one planet and live under one sky. Life is the highest value.
    No sacred book calls for the destruction of people. We must learn to be friends; it is impossible for a few adults to cause millions of children to suffer. The future of our planet, the future of people is in our hands, let there be peace in the world.
    We are children of one Home, one Earth and one Heaven.
    (description box, Dimash news, astanatimes)
    My opinion: The whole song is an outcry. Dimash's unmistakable emotionally charged voice draws you into the video. I was totally hypnotized. My heart aches because of the wars and misery in this world. The greed, envy and intolerance of men will wipe them off the face of the earth if they do not come to their senses. Children and women are targeted victims of annihilation and rape in wars. But they are not just victims or mothers. They are half of humanity. Where are they? Why don't the women climb the mountain side by side with the men and head towards the sunrise and a better future? I only see men running mercilessly past a collapsed comrade-in-arms. Nobody helps him. What future can such a humanity await? Will anything ever change?
    *** Pope Francis awarded a commemorative medal to Kazakh singer Dimash Qudaibergen during the Pope's visit to the Seventh Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions September 14-15, 2022 in Astana/Kazakhstan.
    On September 13, 2022, Dimash performed his new song 'The Story of One Sky' at the concert held for convention attendees.
    The music video premiered on September 24 at Dimash's meeting with fans in Almaty.
    A few days earlier, Dimash said he had just shot 'the world's most expensive music video' to compose it. It used to be Michael Jackson's 'Scream'. (astanatimes)

    ....you will have to react twice to "The Story of one Sky"
    Too many things happen in the video for us to fully understand what he does with his voice...
    If you want, you should react to the Live he did in Almaty in Astana (The whole concert is in Dimash channel, it is divided into three parts and "The Story of one Sky" is in the third part after "Screaming")
    It matters what she says before singing the song, however either way keep your tissues handy!
    ...What he does live with his voice in "The Story of one Sky" cannot be explained with words....

    Спасибо за реакцию. Этот клип надо смотреть несколько раз , чтобы понять. Дети выросли и оказались с разными взглядами на обстоятельства. Девочка стала женой героя Димаша ,и матерью детей. Дочь погибла,а сын родился в момент смерти отца,и стал пророком.......

      Все верно. Небольшое уточнение: "разные взгляды на обстоятельства" и произошли и проявились в начале клипа, в детстве. В антагонисте героя Димаша уже там проявилась искра тирана. И он также был влюблен в девочку, что заметно по детским,неуклюжим, горделивым заигрываниям. Девочка это понимала и чувствовала эту искорку тирана (у женщин есть это "шестое чувство"). Соответственно, искренний, заботливый и нежный герой Димаша оказался вне конкуренции. А у антагониста горечь от неразделенной любви и победы соперника стала топливом и ветром для этой искры в душе. Вот и получили тирана... И еще стоит обратить внимание, что положительные герои носили "символ" на груди, а тиран только в руках. Это тоже красноречивый нюанс. Вообще в клипе много подобных вкусняшек. Гениальный клип.

    Not sure if you misunderstood the story. The three kids in the beginning grew up to be the adults in the story. The young girl chose Dimash, and they had a girl together; she gets killed by the soldiers. The woman is pregnant with their second child and gives birth to a boy. The tall boy who saved young Dimash from drowning turned his jealousy and bitterness into ambition and became the dictator. The look back at the children was Dimash's fainting memories as his life ended.

    Hello Anna! Thank you for your sincere reaction! When I first watched this MV, it broke me, I became very emotional, it was heart wrenching, to say the least! 😥
    Have you noticed that Dimash is the main solder right from the very beginning of the war scene, when he was walking under the overpass, and also when he was shot in the arm, many people miss that?
    Dimash has worked very hard for 3 years composing the music for this song, and around 20 days to make this MV. It turned out to be his most valuable MV, in the ideological sense, ever made, a real Masterpiece! I believe that Dimash deserves THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE for his selfless hard work and tireless efforts, not only for this MV, but for trying to bring the world together in love, peace, and harmony. He is a Legend and will go down in History.
    This is my breakdown of the story, as I see it:
    This mini movie is full of symbolisms, it's the story of 3 youths, and the necklace which was created by the young Dimash and shared with his friends symbolizing lifelong friendship and unity. The boys both loved the same girl, but she loved Dimash, and the other boy grew resentment with time and grew up to become the Piper and started a war, using the symbol of the necklace as the crest on his army uniform.
    1) Dimash, was the boy drowning at the beginning and at the end.
    2) The Piper, is the one who saved Dimash, became the leader, and was killed by Dimash at the end.
    3) The young girl, who died in childbirth, became Dimash’s future wife, had two children together; a daughter who was killed by the Piper's army; and the birth of a son at the end, who inherited the necklace from his mother…, they were all affected by the war.
    For the symbolic aspects, Dimash is showing the different cultures and religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hindi, etc.), through throat singing, which is called the REQUIEM (mass for the souls of the dead), from different religions.
    I’M CHOSING LIFE!! 🙏🙏
    See you in your next reaction. Love from Canada 💖

    G'day from Australia. Just for contrast, and to further explore the range of Dimash's talents, could I suggest you look at the official Music Video version of the song "Be With Me". Apart from the very high production values, this video could hardly be more different than what you've just analysed (for example he Raps in Kazakh during the fight scene!!). And yet they are both unmistakeably "Dimash". I can't think of another artist who could produce such a wide variety of material of such quality.

Él es fabuloso extraordinario, excepcional todos los calificativos que pudiese encontrar, me enamore de él con el tema S.O.S, y cada vez que lo escucho es un tremendo viaje, como un carrusel con tantas emociones,Dimash es mágico !!!
    Ahora con Story of one sky ,una obra de arte donde se mezclan un vaiven de sentimientos desde la pena, tristeza, llanto, impotencia,indignacion a todos aquellos que por lograr sus cometidos, pasan a llevar el respeto a la vida, y a los seres indefenzos,trayendo gerras y total destruccion!!! sin aceptar los nuevos cambios, las diferencias de credos, pensamientos,etc y tambien a tener más tolerancia a todo lo nuevo ; al final por unos pocos que en esas mentes perversas , no logran entender , que por la codicia se pierden muchas vidas humanas...y Dimash nos hace con esto reflexionar para darnos cuenta que siendo un poquito mejores ;podremos avanzar y hacer pequeños cambios
    Para el bien de todos ,porfa🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 🙏

    Congrats on the reaction! Well, some considerations:
    (1) The artifact that the boy found in the trunk and that was turned into necklaces is a "gnomon", a needle for a sundial (a rustic device for keeping time);
    (2) The name "Piper" (piper, or piper) is known as a synonym for "dictator", "despot": This originates from the tale of the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" (folk tale rewritten by the Brothers Grim), where a piper was hired to deal with the rat infestation of the city of Hamelin (Germany, 1284). After hypnotizing the rats with his magic flute and drowning them in the Weser, the artist went to collect the amount owed (one coin per head) and was not paid (they alleged that he did not present the "heads" of the rats). He then hypnotized one hundred and thirty children from the city of Hamelin and locked them in a cave. Yeah, well, the "pied piper" (also called "ratcatcher") has become synonymous with the tyrant who uses a mesmerizing speech and leads to death!
    (3) The term "Imagine" refers to the song of the same name by John Lennon;
    (4) The final text is part of the document generated at the VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, held in Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) on 09/14/2022 and was attended by Pope Francis, representing the Catholic Church and who presented Dimash, on the occasion, with a medal of gratitude.

    Oh Anna, thank you for your insightful and profound reaction❤ I cried with you🥺 This film cannot leave anyone indifferent👍 You're right: everyone in the world should see this! Dimash already deserved the Nobel Peace Prize because: his art, the message of his songs (this is not his first anti-war song! See War&Peace), his appeals for an end to wars, his charity work, his promotion of a culture of harmony, brotherhood and peace between people and between nations, his fans united across languages, religions, continents - all make him a true Ambassador of Peace🕊 And that's why we love him, we Dears around the World🥰 Greetings from Poland and I'm waiting for your next analysis👍

    THANK YOU, Anna! The 3 children on the beach became the 3 adults: the boy who almost drowned (later played by Dimash) married the girl (who gave birth to their daughter who was killed; and the baby boy.) The boy who saved the drowning boy on the beach became the evil general who wanted war.
    The baby son grew up to lead others of all countries, races, religions toward the light (peace, harmony, love), wearing the symbol.
    The symbol young Dimash gave his friends was a token of love and friendship.
    Wonderful reaction and analysis!

    Dear Anna, I recently found your reactions to Dimash. Perhaps you no longer read the comments under the old videos, so I will repeat my comment under your new reaction to Dimash. I love Dimash, I love all his songs. But my answer to your question, what one song of Dimash would I listen to if I couldn’t listen to all the others, is War and Peace. He himself wrote the music for it and told the Chinese poet what the text should be. I especially love his first 2 solo performances in Changsha on December 16, 2017 and Fuzhou on January 5, 2018.

    Just in case anyone missed any references in the video, This is by far the best explanation I have found. It was written by Heiderose Kober:
    This is subtitled "Requiem” but it is also a vision and a call to action. Dimash is steeped in sacred music and has a deep understanding of the mystic teachings and symbolism of the major world religions as well as Kazakh shamanism.
    It is not by coincidence that the first performance of this work took place on September 14, 2022, at the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Kazakhstan. The written statement at the end of the video is directly from the “Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together” signed jointly on February 4, 2019, by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad el-Tayeb. Dimash met and spoke with both men at the September meeting.
    Everything Dimash does is intentional, and this piece has layers that would take a dissertation to unravel. I only touch on some of what struck me in the symbolism. The music is a dissertation all by itself.
    The pendant is an interesting element. It is a gnomon from a maritime compass sundial. This triangular blade is attached to the sundial, casting a shadow on the sundial while the perforated pinhole projects the image of the sun onto the dial. It was used for both timekeeping and navigation, with the gnomon oriented to True North. (Thank you, Snarky Tart for that information).
    In the MV, (the taller child) who later becomes the military commander, never puts on the necklace. After Dimash, (the drowning boy), gives his friend the pendant. The camera focuses on his hand and shows that his friend has bent the gnomon in anger over being rejected by the girl (later Dimash's Wife and the mother of his daughter who is killed). Thus bent, it can never be oriented to True North, and he has lost his moral compass.
    Later, we see a version of the gnomon as the military insignia on the uniforms of the commander and his soldiers, but distorted and without the hole that allows light to shine through rendering it useless as a compass. When we lose the original intent of a symbol by twisting it into something it is not or by just paying lip service, it no longer has any spiritual meaning. At best it becomes a useless prop, at worst it is used to mislead and manipulate people. Contemporary music is also present: With the phrase "We have passed the moment of Imagine," Dimash reminds us that we are past the sentiments evoked by the song "Imagine" by John Lennon.
    It is time to stop dreaming about a world of peace and harmony. If we choose life, if we wish for peace, if we want a world without war for our children and grandchildren, we must act and take up the long hard path up the mountain towards the light. It is the only way.
    The storyline is a very human one: we start as innocents until our hearts are broken, we fail, or our dreams are not realized. If in our pain and disappointment, we turn to anger and blame instead of acceptance, power instead of love, greed and envy instead of generosity, hatred instead of forgiveness, and revenge instead of justice, we sow the seeds for conflicts that can turn into war.
    The Piper's call is seductive as it promises redress for our grievances, control over our circumstances, and power over those who thwarted us, and this appeals to our wounded ego. However, let's remember that the Piper is a symbolic figure of Death from the Middle Ages, often used as a metaphor for trusting and following charismatic but dangerous and malevolent leaders to certain death. Even if we resist, as the adult Dimash character does, we often employ the same methods and weaponry as the Piper, and thus those who fight back betray peace as well because peace cannot be won through violence.
    That is the dilemma of those of us who did not start the war, who do not support the war, but are forced to respond in order to defend ourselves and those we love. How can we rid the world of evil without becoming what we fight against?
    The burning sign "Waldenberg" is a reference to the end of WWII when the US Army destroyed the last of the resistance by the German Wehrmacht close to the end of the war in April 1945 in the part of Germany where I grew up. I have seen the aftermath of war as I was born a few years later when much of Germany was still in rubble. Waldenburg is only 28 miles from my hometown and was completely destroyed as you can see from the picture. Many of the dead in those bombed-out buildings were women and children. The good guys defeated evil but at what price?
    War is not the answer. We must find better ways to keep evil in check. iowaculture.gov/.../american-troops-move-through The last movement is powerful: The cries over the loss of a beloved child and the cries of giving birth to new life are presented as a call-and-response grounded by a powerful Om chant that creates a sacred space, reminding us that death and birth are both sacraments and are interwoven in the tapestry of life.
    Dimash's vocalization and the pilgrims representing world religions and religious leaders, past and present, walking together shift the narrative toward the final conflict and finally redemption. When Dimash’s character decides to avenge the murder of his daughter, his state of consciousness is reflected in the darkening sky with lightning bolts of anger accompanying the storm of his emotions that buffets the pilgrims and hinder progress. The fog of war obscures the light.
    When he is killed after exacting retribution, he is dropped back into the "sacred womb" of Earth, the ocean of love and mercy, and is cleansed of the old hatreds and grievances that only bring more death and suffering.
    He breaks the wheel of endless war and suffering by choosing life. Dimash's scream of “we’re choosing life” is that of giving birth: the old earthly consciousness of an eye for an eye has to die to make way for a new spiritual consciousness that embraces all life. His soul is breaking free to return to its natural state of love and purity as exemplified by the images of the children and the newborn baby.
    The blowing of the shofar signals God's mercy for humankind when it turns from wrong to right: in the Zohar, the book of Jewish mysticism, it says: “When human beings repent of their sins, they blow the shofar on earth. Its sound ascends On High and awakens the heavenly shofar, and so mercy is aroused and judgment is removed.”
    Reborn as a leader for peace and love, Dimash's character in the form of his son becomes a spiritual guide for all of mankind on our shared journey up the mountain towards the light of God, however we may interpret or name the divine. We are all on the same path, even if our personal narratives, cultural heritage, race, and spiritual orientations are very different from one another. By focusing on our common destination rather than on our differences, we can walk together in peace and love and mutual respect.
    Carl Jung wrote: “Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness of other people. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
    This is what Dimash has done with this work; he has made the darkness conscious. We can only raise our individual and collective consciousness by bringing to light what needs to be healed in our lives and our world, and then we need to work together to restore wholeness to what is broken and bring about peace and unity, one step at a time. We don’t have to wait. We can start right now. As the hymn tells us: "Let there peace in the world, and let it begin with me." Baraka Bashad.

      >>"The burning sign "Waldenberg" is a reference to the end of WWII when the US Army destroyed the last of the resistance by the German Wehrmacht close to the end of the war in April 1945 in the part of Germany"
      Waldenburg is little more than a village.
      The US army might have routed the few German soldiers who happened to be holed up there in April 1945 (by shelling it indiscriminately), but that skirmish had nothing to do with the end of the war.
      The US army did not destroy the last resistance of the Wehrmacht, since the vast majority of the Wehrmacht was preoccupied with trying - and failing - to resist the Soviets (who of course liberated the capital, Berlin).

    These are my views on this amazing masterpiece Story of One Sky - I have watched this many times and still find things out that i never thought of amazing video and i have said it before if anyone could bring peace i strongly believe Dimash could make it possible. This needs to be shared worldwide to show people there is another way. War is never the answer because the only ones to suffer are the innocent. Rewatched the song of Dimash today one line stood out to me One of the most profound lines in The Story of One Sky is the line "Learn to share the love, Not shares" Not shares meaning stop making money out of war rich people have many shares in companies that profit from weapon manufacturing making them richer while the innocent suffer sadly this is why war exists. MONEY, GREED and POWER. The boy who was drowning was (Dimash's character as a child) made the necklaces that were given to the girl who grew up to be (Dimash's pregnant wife) and the boy who saved him who (grew up to be the military leader), possibly out of jealousy. The military leader waged his war The part in the video with the little girl and the people in the hallway were Dimash's family who had been wiped out the little girl whose body he picked up was his daughter, the baby that was born was his son who grew up to be Dimash grown up at the end!!! The Dimash at the end can also be seen as Dimash in the afterlife leading others to the light in peace. Something else i noticed is in his dying breath he sang (We're Choosing Life) as he finally passed away now that is powerful

    ABOUT REQUIEM: This song is a "modern" multicultural interfaith Requiem (the traditional Requiem is a song for the Mass of the Dead in the Catholic Church. The best known requiem is by Mozart I think). The Requiem usually has 2 parts: one mourning death and the other celebrating life.
    Dimash says in a low voice: Адам керуен, өмір жол. Man is a caravan, life is a road. (Kazakh proverb). This is the key to understand the second part of the video.
    So for me, the caravan is his (and our) inner world. Religiosity is in us, the religious man dies when a part of the soldier (Dimash) dies when he finds his daughter dead. So when he seeks revenge, there's a storm. Death follows death: Piper dies but the soldier (Dimash) dies too. Death is not the answer. And so violence is not the way (You can murder the "bad guy" but if everybody thinks that violence is an answer, another "bad guy" will appear for sure.) And then we see that his son made a better decision... His son joins others in seeking peace. That is the final answer.
    Hug from Brazil 😍🇧🇷

    Wow! Anna, what a beautiful, stunner of a reaction. You've done it brilliantly. I certainly share those tearful moments with you.
    Dimash, clearly, has put much effort into this masterpiece that captures his mastery of a number of different aspects - producer, director, vocals, actor, to name a few. He should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. On this point, please do check his family background, the history of his country. Add to that what is currently happening in parts of the world. It's like Dimash has put all of this like a "culmination of events" into his story. Brilliant, I tell you...the way his mind is tuned.
    On another note: You, Anna is absolutely impressive in your delivery with every single reaction. You have so much on offer as a vocal coach. There is so much to learn from you. Make no mistake, you are definitely one of the coaches for whom I have the highest regard. The more I tune in to your reaction videos, the more I get drawn in to your vocal analysis. • @ПетрАлександровичРепин
    @ПетрАлександровичРепин ปีที่แล้ว +8

    Thank you for such a kind comment!
    Let me explain something to you...
    The whole film is saturated with hidden symbols, signs that also need to be seen, decrypted and understood...
    The first letters of the words of the song's title make up SOS.
    The symbol found by the young Dimash in the fishing box is part of an old compass, and a beam of light penetrates through the hole, indicating the CORRECT DIRECTION (!!!). On the symbol of the military leader, a former friend of Dimash, this hole is not - there is no correct direction. In addition, he does not put this amulet on his chest, does not accept it with his heart, but only uses external similarities for his own purposes of war. Dimash and the girl-wife-source of life took this amulet with their soul, took the right direction in life...
    The second storyline of the film is a collective image of humanity walking a difficult road to light, enlightenment and prosperity. Here are Muslims and Christians, Buddhists and Jews, people of different religions, ages and peoples. The road is difficult and some people die, they are interred and movement continues through storms and wars...
    At the beginning of the film, a friend pulls a drowning Dimash out of the water and begins to do CPR. He does not succeed and then the girl takes Dimash's hand, begins to pray and transfer her life energy to him. The boy comes to life and smiles in response to the girl's smile - the cycle of life begins. After going through the terrible trials of the war, mourning the murdered daughter, Dimash realizes that it is necessary to stop the war, destroy the EVIL LEADER-TRUMPETER (Piper), his former friend. Having killed the LEADER, Dimash dies and falls into the water - the cycle of life has ended, but life itself has not ended!!! His child is born with the same amulet of the right direction, a new Dimash is born, a new cycle of life begins. Now he will not take up arms, and together with all mankind will continue the difficult path to light...

    Anna, thank you for your beautiful reaction to this piece. You had a perfect balance between reacting to the story that Dimash wanted to tell, and analyzing the vocal techniques he chose to best tell this story. I think it's a testament to the artistry of his choices when his vocals have as much power to move the listener even when the visuals are totally absent. I'm here to learn about the technical wizardry that allows Dimash to easily access so many choices. You did a great job with your professional commentary about placement, consonants, vibrato in whisper volume, offsets, cry, fry, hammer vibrato, distortion moving to head voice as a sign of health, and the different registers he used. I will watch your reaction again to catch all the experience you shared ❤

    Always enjoy your reactions and analysis of Dimash performances. Dimash is the little boy that almost drowns and his older friend is the leader (Hitler like) of the evil army. If you notice the shape of the piece of metal he gets out of the box after almost drowning is the same one on the evil leader's uniform. The woman having the baby is the young girl grown up and the baby is his. I think Dimash's child is him at the end of the film continuing leading the campaign for peace. I highly recommend (if you haven't already done so) to see his live performance of this song at his Almaty Stranger concert. I is about 20 or so minutes into the third part of the concert. As always, fantastic job. Love Finnish language and tongue twists 😅, they are adorable. Love your professional approach, how you meticulously explain vocal fold contacts and etc etc 😅. Keep on reacting to Dimash and illuminate us with your beautiful smile 😊. More Dimash pleaseeee

    Late but when I was looking at the one sky the sun got in my eyes and then I was following the rainbow.

    Not a Music Video but a Mini-Movie with a Maxi-Message.
    The composition and Dimash's vocals (spectacular as always) come second to the visuals.
    Yes, Dimash cares a lot about what is happening in the world. He put a lot of time and a heap of his own money into this Masterpiece. I agree; everyone should watch this. Some of the symbolism and references included in this production are perhaps more subtle and multi-layered than many 'Western' minds seem 'tuned to', habituated as we are to everything being laid out in very concrete terms. { Diverse Artists; like Dimash, Like Ren, are reintroducing nuance and thoughtfulness to the listening / viewing public, and it's such a good - and long overdue - thing. } They construct their music, their performance pieces, to convey Powerful Social Commentary. They use their various skills to bring us right into the frame, with immediacy and emotion, to stand not only as Viewers, but also Witnesses. They insist; "Don't look away from this! We need to act."
    In this story; 'Under One Sky' the metal pieces - that became a symbol - were, I believe, from an old Mariners Instrument, that helped sailors 'steer the right course'. At the start the saved child { Dimash's character in the story } makes necklaces with this symbol to give to the friend who saved him from drowning, and to the girl he admires { who later becomes his wife and the mother of both children ). But, from the start, the other boy is jealous of the girls preference for 'Dimash', he bends the metal piece { distorts it's meaning } and then uses it as his own symbol for power and conquest. His symbol is upside down; 'Steering in the Wrong direction'. Much to appreciate here and reflect on, and, of course; none of us should be surprised that Dimash can also sing under water!!! 🤣😆😄
