Actually.... if u know anything about court or your rights within court you'd know that if you pled no contest You do not have the opportunity to argue your case and be found not guilty. If you are truly not guilty of the charges you're facing, a no contest plea may not be the best route to proceed. It is important to recognize that a no contest plea will result in you being found guilty of a crime and punished.
People who are guilty usually pled no contest so they can't go to trial and be found guilty and get the max sentence if you're not guilty and u have proof of not being guilty you don't do the no contest thing u know you're NOT GUILTY so u would plead Not guilty, right? He's a POS SEXUAL PREDATOR.

Last time I was in court for a dui , I told the judge that I was wanting to plea no contest, she advised me in the county we lived in we could only plea guilty or not guilty... then followed up with , I take it your guilty ... then through the book at me
