      You are by far the most underrated tiers on TH-cam . People need to check you out !

      @@davidhanni208 thank you so much. Its my passion, i guess people can see it. But its hard to get "famous" i am not even monetized.

    It is a spectacular pattern, as well as very versatile. Can be fished as a Shuttlecock (Midge/Buzzer) or as an Blue Winged emerger. Beautiful and effective. Thank you very much.

    I'm going to try some synthetics on this. maybe a z-lon or poly-yarn parachute

    Great tie. Simple and probably quite effective as either a BWO emerged or a stillwater buzzer. Thanks for another great video.

    How do you fish it? Do you need to weight it down with split shot?

    • @lukeyoder2825

      I fish emergers like this trailing a dry fly about 18 inches. It will ride in the film. I don’t know if that’s how other guys fish it but that seems to work for me.

    • @Oholisfliesandfishing
      @Oholisfliesandfishing ปีที่แล้ว

      As any other dry fly. You should be able to see wing above water. Its for flat waters not rough ones. (generally speaking) however, use more cdc or snowshoe and you got rough water fly too...

    • @dylancrane5170
      @dylancrane5170 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Oholisfliesandfishing So then do you use floatant on it?

    • @Oholisfliesandfishing
      @Oholisfliesandfishing ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dylancrane5170 mostly not. Cdc itself is enough. But after few fish you need to wash fly and let it dry thoroughly. Thats why i always make series of flies 😃

    Is this a hatching midge...don't think it would float very long...2 casts maybe?
