You know, it's not worth owning and managing apartment units anymore. Everyone thinks they can do whatever they hell they want, completely ignoring the rental agreement (contract). Everyone can just go back to government-owned and managed housing complexes, like the Robert Taylor Homes and Cabrini-Green in Chicago. Enjoy!
