Enjoyed the workout but sometimes you tend to go really quickly I have a bad knee and couldn’t keep up with the squats today also I can’t get into the positions and have to look what you’re doing so I miss out on a couple or reps. I do really enjoy them though. Happy new year
yes I've been told that before! I try to get a lot in. Just go at your own speed and miss out what you need to. Theres no harm in thAT. THANKS FOR JOINING ME !
