Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a great day! We were blown away with how the kuzu lamb shoulder was cooked in the tandoor oven. Let us know what's the most interesting cooking technique you've ever seen? Thanks so much for watching 🧡☺️
Oh my gosh it was so tender and juicy, we couldn't believe how tasty it was 🤤 thanks so much for watching :) we always appreciate it. Time for dinner now!! 🤣
It is one of the best traditional meat based restaurant in izmir. Maltiz is not well known and their place is lil small but they cook great meat. Great pick guys👍
You are so right, they cook unbelievably amazing meat and in such a traditional way, it's such an experience. Have you eaten there before?? Thanks for watching☺️🧡
Oh no way, that's amazing :) next time you visit you'll have to let them know you saw the video haha. The lamb shoulder was so good, hopefully we can go back someday
@@HungryTwoTravel i am planning to visit them soon. I will 👍 by the way did you really like keskek… to me keskek is a bit slurry , if i was not drunk i couldnt eat it. It is actually paste form of meat and wheat . Not really like that texture…
Awesome, well enjoy your meal when you go next :) and yes we actually really liked the keskek. We found the texture really nice, like a comfort food, and with the meat juices it was very tasty. The pilaf was also super tasty, we can't get enough of rice like that!
