I'd like to see health regen be the norm, possibly at a low level when enemies are near and accelerated when you're two rooms away from active enemies (to prevent tedious bouncing across borders). Then the perk could either go away or accelerate combat regen, and be more of a choice.
Def keeping my family jewels out of a mimic 😂 I like the idea of content and modes before a sandbox. I think so because sandbox could desensitize the community to so many possibilities so when a new mode comes out it might not hit as hard or the excitement level might be intrinsically lessened. Something in me resists the idea of opening infinite potential prematurely. But on the other hand the fact that people would use it like crazy will only be good for the future of the game. Personally i could do without seeing it for quite some time but i can imagine how it will still be beneficial for engagement of the community in a large way and in that sense the sooner it happens the better.
What JJ was saying about the speed perk being too fast for melee is why I wanted to slow down, because I was running past the enemies when trying to hit them. 😂
@@jjbonta I was telling you hammers/mauls felt wonky to me (hard to connect with enemies particularly via melee), you tried them out as we were playing and concluded they work well, lol
I don't think DoE supports any omni directional treadmills yet, but it does support haptic vests. I've heard those work really well with DoE even though I haven't tried them. Also I personally don't think omnidirectional treadmills are evolved well enough yet as a consumer product to be worth it to most people. Have you tried one before?
@@jjbonta I haven’t yet. I wouldn’t want to drop a ton of money on one unless DoE worked with it to be honest 😂 it would be pretty intense to actually run through the dungeons
Silver Tongue is a GOAT. AWSOME video.Looki g forward to part 2.
Heck yeah, it was definitely a fun one!
Silver Tongued Devils 'Chat' is never quiet. 😂
Very true 😆
Toggle on and off friendly fire is the best way. Great idea.

Interesting idea. I'm definitely not opposed to this one!

Yeah no one wants those mimics snatching any family jewels 😆 Also I'm right there with you about the sandbox.

@@k2_the_killer that's definitely the struggle with haste.
Hammers still equipped from when we played recently and you live tested them perhaps?
Haha I guess so. What do you mean by live tested them?

@@JeremyMcBane oh right I still love my hammers ⚒️
Limited arrows would suck IMO. Keep it to a special mode.
Yeah I would definitely prefer to see this in a hardcore or experimental mode if anything.
@@jjbonta dude keep up the content. Your channel is awesome!!!
Will do, I'm happy to hear it 😁
Is there an omni directional treadmill that works with this game? Is it any good? I’d love to burn some calories running around.

Wish I had the space for one of those treadmills. 😅

@@Chris-i0i0i0 aren’t they only a bit bigger than the meta quest stationary boundary?
@@thafoehammer143Probably, but I play stood in my living room or even sat of the sofa. Those treadmills need a permanent place to live.
"Insane" yeah, but you forgot "loud". 😉
Haha are we talking about Silver-Tongued Devil here?
For sure, and long winded.
